I needed this for my truck. Somebody gave my 2011 two 2 liter bottles of gas and soda. It was a Laramie 4X4 diesel also. The repair estimates were 6900 to 19,800. It had 2300 miles on it. It happened on friday the 13th. My 2012 is my baby. This is the first if not only mod one should do to a diesel truck. And it looks Awesome!

I am very pleased with the Fuel Door on my 2011 Ram 1500. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Recommed the use of an end wrench during installation, which took approximately 20 minutes to install. The brushed chrome door provided the appearance I expected. The door was easy to open using the lock. No guidance was in the instructions for the gas cap cord. I ground off the plug at the end of the cord, drilled a hole through the remaining flange, then used a screw left over to secure flange to the inside of the Fuel door. I would recommend the AMI Fuel Door to anyone.
