If you have a less than popular vehicle, than this product is for you. The template is a great way to avoid mistakes and if you read the directions it works well. A large pair of siding shears are much more effective in cutting the material than kitchen scissors, although they will work. I used the cutoff scrap to make two door pillars for the same vehicle

Was disappointed that I coud not find SS panels. I decided to give the DEE ZEE's a chance and all so far so good. Easy to cut, easy to prep, easy to install. We'll see how they hold up through a harsh winter.

We purchased these rocker panels for a 2010 Lincoln Navigator. If you've seen the newer Navigators you'll notice the have chrome on the rocker panel area but it doesn't extend the length of the truck. We cut and formed the Deeded U-Cut rocker panels to fit the area to give it a continuous flow of chrome and it turned out incredible. It's been on for almost a month and it isn't coming off, stuck well the the truck and seems durable. Will buy again in the future.

I have installed rocker mouldings on every truck I have had for the past 15 years, and I trade about every two years. I have always went with SS; however they were not available for my 2010 Nissan Frontier, so I throught I would try the Dee Zee U-Cut. I received the mouldings and was happy with their Apperance and Quality. I Emailed Dee Zee prior to purchasing to address my concern about the chrome staying on the panels and not peeling, and was assured that there had been no problems. After receiving the mouldings I put my truck inside where the temperture was 70 degrees. I prepared my panel patterns and cut out my panels, and prefit each one. I cleaned the surface where the panels went with prepsol and rubbibg alcohol, then I heated each section with a hair dryer, as I installed each panel. After each panel was installed I applied a little heat to each section with hair dryer. I got excellant results and so far am very pleased, only time will tell if the hold up like SS.
