Flex-a-lite Electric Cooling Fans Reviews

Works great

Reviewed By Murphy J (Independence, MO) Reviewed for a 2000 Toyota Tundra —4/15/2011 9:00 PM

Installing the fan wasn't too much fun, but it works great. It seems like there is much more air being blown on the motor and the motor runs freer without having to turn the belt driven fan. I'm getting two more mpg. It's quite, and it doesn't run all the time. Performance wise my truck is noticeable quicker, but I can't say I've gained 18 horse power as I have read in one sales ad. Bottom line I am very happy with the fan.

Quality Electric Cooling Fan

Reviewed By Jarrett E (Edna, TX) Reviewed for a 2003 Chevy Suburban —3/31/2015 9:25 PM

This fan installs and wires in easily. The difference in space between the fan and the front of the motor, versus stock fan and shroud, is incredible. This in itself is worth the cost of the fan. The fan itself operates solidly and keeps my engine running about 5 degrees cooler. The fan is a little on the loud side but this is to be expected with the airflow and doesn't take away from the fan rating.
