Added value to my 2003 Beetle

If the instructions are followed this kit is easy to install. Every item fits perfectly. Even though the temp was above 80. I uses a hair dryer to make sure eash piece was flexable. It is of the utmost importance to degrease the location where the kit will be installed. I am very happy with the Sherwood dash kit!

The kit for my '08 Buick Enclave consisted of just two parts, accents for the steering wheel. The wood grain/color was a perfect match to the wood from the factory, and install was a snap. My only complaint is that the left piece sticks up a bit more (too far) than the right piece, on the top of the steering wheel. Easy to live with, but not quite perfect.

I installed the kit myself and everything fits perfect. My friends are really impressed at how it has a factory look because of the perfect fit and the burl wood design. I have already recommended the Sherwood Dash kit to several of my friends. All I can say is that I love the look it gives my car.

choose the black cherry wood grain and glad i did very nice looking. very happy with finished product. little pricey. install is easy but you must hit your target the first time no second chances. very happy

Great to look at...had a pro install it...the fit was good, but not great...quality materials used and nice beveled edges were cut out...didn't have the traction control button cut out for my piece that fit the auto shifter...had to have the piece cut up to get it to fit...I didn't see any kit that had this button hole cut out...overall, a great looking dash kit considering it had to be cut to fit properly...

Hi, If the aftermarket stereo has identical dimensions to the factory stereo, it should work just fine.

Hello, The product is a stick-on style and not replacement dash piece. As for color options, we have traditional black carbon fiber and solid painted red colors.

Hi Christine, yes, this dash kit does stick on to your dash. Sherwood uses 3M automotive adhesive, which is not only the highest quality adhesive available, it is most commonly used to adhere exterior parts onto vehicles, meaning that moisture, wind, etc. will not cause it to peel off.

Hi, just installed (most of) my new dash kit (2D-1611-CN). No problems what so ever, but there is a part (1611-12/13/14) which is called the Right vent insert (multiple skus as there is one with logo, without logo, chrome etc). The factory dash has "DODGE" in raised letters where the insert is supposed to go. I assume that the insert then does not apply to this vehicle, or am I supposed to remove the factory dodge letters (scrape of with a sharp blade)?
