The dash pad fits perfectly including the indentation in front of the passenger seat. We have a similar pad in the rear package tray made by the same folks and it fits and they match perfectly we did not even really need to secure it with the included Velcro tabs but if it ever needs it it's would be simple to do

Bought for '89 325is. Fit is good except that pics available show the cover molded down into recesses in the dash. This one has a "flap" over the dash recessed compartments and really should "flip" the other direction in my opinion, so you can access items in the recesses from the seat side rather than having to flip it back up and away from the windshield towards the seats. Other than that, it fits well, looks good and protects the dash.
