DashMat Ultimat Dashboard Cover Customer Reviews

Installing a dashboard cover is supposed to keep your interior looking sharp by protecting against cracks, fades and warps that come from baking in the sun. Unfortunately, most dash mats with their exposed seams, odd divots and chintzy fabric end up leaving your cockpit shabbier than a worn out pair of sneakers. For the ultimate blend of protection and style, go with the DashMat Ultimat Dashboard Cover.
Unlike lesser dashmats that are stitched together in pieces, the DashMat Ultimat Dash Cover is made from a single piece of material that’s custom molded to match the exact shape of your dashboard. Every dip, curve and slope gets covered, and there’s not a single unseemly seam in sight.
Built to withstand blistering UV rays, your dash mat is constructed from sturdy, needle-punch carpet. Even when left out in the sun for years, this dash mat won’t fade and it won’t shrink. Plus, it’s available in a range of universal colors, and it comes with a Lifetime Warranty.

I ordered this cover for my 1981 Ford F150. The fit was perfect. I usually don't like covers on my dashboard but with age mine was starting to crack and didn't want to replace it just yet. I would highly recommend this product.

I received my new dash cover just a few days after I ordered it. I must say I was delighted with the quality of the material and the fit and finish. It fit just like a glove and was precontoured to fit my dash perfectly. If fit so well I wouldn't even had to use the included velcro (4 strips) instead I only used two very small pieces to hold it firmly in place just for precaution. I am very pleased and would recommend this item to anyone!! CD

Owned a few trucks over the years, and had different dash covers for most of them. This particular one by DashMat is by far the nicest one. Well made, fits just like they said it would.I picked the steel gray color, goes well with the black interior.Doesn't look like I'll need to use the tape they provided to hold it in place either. If your looking for a real nice cover I highly recommend taking a good look at this one.

Shipping was fast and the DashMat Ultimat Cover was a perfect fit and I didn't even have to use the velcros that were included. I just wish that one can order samples from DashMat.

Fits like a glove and best of all, I got lucky and picked the right color. Eliminates the reflection from the sun on the dash. Would be helpful if they doubled the amount or velcro to hold it into place. Just a suggestion josh

I have purchased a DashMat for all of my vehicles and I have purchased DashMat as gifts as well. DashMat has never let my expectations down. It has always provided a quality product at a great price. They are easy to install and last forever. I will continue to support this manufacturer on this product by continuing to purchase a "DashMat" for any other vehicles I purchase. Again....Good Job and Great Quality.

I know nothing about dashboard covers. I ran across them in an ad. I have a black Altima with a black interior. What would you recommend? Velour? Carpet? Something else? What color would you recommend? (The safest choice seems to be black, but I have an open mind.) In the picture the cover seems to be a layer on top of the (plastic) dash; surely the appearance is better in reality, right/

Do I have to use the tape? Will this "molded mat" stay in place?

On some vehicles, the mat will stay in place, but the tabs are supplied just in case you need them.

I have a 2012 Ram Sport with the Apline Stereo system and the dash has the valley in the middle. Will the cover fit the dash properly?

Hi Mike, yes it does fit. Just select the "1500, with alpine stereo" option.
