great value

Received the item quickly. Did not align with any factory holes but not a big deal for me so I used the supplied self tapping screw to mount. Took awhile to get it aligned center I am kinda anal so probably a bit longer than most! The only complaint I have is that the cuts of the ends are not cut the same it is not to bad though and you have to be standing and staring at both sides to notice. Overall good item for the cost.

A little disappointed

I have a different brand on my Ford Escape that has been in place for four years with no problems. This one is starting to crack at the one of two mounting points after only one week. Must be a thinner material. It was the cheaper one.

AVS Bug Deflectors Reviews

This is a decently priced bug deflector. It looks good on my 2011 Titan. I installed myself and this was difficult to get centered as there is no reference such as mounting holes to align together. The mounting holes don't match up with the holes in the hood of my truck. I had a Weathertech guard previously on a Chevy Tahoe and the mounting holes aligned perfectly for very quick and easy solo installation. For the AVS deflector, I would suggest some to help you center it and attach with the mounting tape and then screw it to your hood.
