It's ok for a glue on

"The Subaru wagon does not have a window frame so you have to glue it on the outside on the car body. The plastic was cut a little sloppily, but not too bad. If you have the choice, the in-channel snap ins are the best. But this is better than the nothing Subaru gives you. It cuts the wind noise quite a bit when you just want to crack the window. They're less noticable than I would have thought, and that's a good thing. I would buy these again."

"This is a terrible product. I bought for my wife's car, had my mechanic carefully apply. Within a couple weeks they were falling off. Total junk product."

"i like the ventvisor window deflectors because you can then leave your windows open slightly to let the hot air escape. Makes you car cooler when you can do this."

"The pictures never do the product justice, since the vehicle shown isn't a 2006 civic 4- door. I was apprehensive. However, they fit just fine. It took all of 15 minutes start to finish. They don't stick out much more than an inch. From 20 ft. away you don't notice that they're there."

"The product fit perfectly, was easy to install, and does look great on the vehicle. My only complaint, but it cannot be helped, is that the deflectors attach right over the chrome around the windows and it takes away from the clean line of the 06 Impala. It is a company car, so I am not too concerned but if you are buying this product, you should know that."

Ventvisor window deflector

"The 3M tape attachment was just what I was looking for. I've had ventvisors on 2 other cars, but they were the type that mounted in the window channel, and they seem to interfere with the windows closing all the way without a little help. These don't restrict the window closing at all. The 3M tape however came loose from the front of the visor where it goes in back of the mirror, not where I attached it to the car, but where it was attached from the factory. I just replaced the small piece of 3M tape and no more problem. I would recommend these to anyone that is a smoker or that lives where the summertime temperatures turn the inside of your car to an oven."
