Description

Protect your paint with the old-school toughness of stout defense. The Lund Interceptor Bug Shieldr is the original full-height, fully wrapped hood shield, picking-off more bugs and rocks than slimmer guards.

One reason why the Interceptor is Lund's most popular bug shield is the quality materials used in production. Heavy-duty polycarbonate is the basis for each Interceptor bug shield, a material often described as "virtually unbreakable." In other words, the love bugs and gnat swarms don't stand a chance.

Getting the Interceptor onto your vehicle is no trick play. Most install without drilling, using the provided adhesive tape or hardware mounting kit. You can even pick from clear or smoke colors for most rides, and decide which looks best. What's even better, your Lund Interceptor Bug Shield is covered by a limited lifetime warranty from Lund. For long-lasting defense, it's the right call.

"Upon removing the Bug Shield from the box I found that there were several deep scratches running horizontally near the lower portion of the shield that faces the front of the truck. The shipping box was not damaged any any manner. I did not contact AutoAnything as there is no way that I could prove that the damage was not caused by myself."

"I am very pleased with the Lund Interceptor Bug Shield. No drilling, just snap 5 square plastic anchors into existing holes and screw it down. Took all of about 5 minutes. I thought it was a bit pricey, but it looks good."

"Little hesitant to buy as I wasn't sure it would be an easy install. It was not only easy to install, but lasted the true test of going through a car wash too. Overall, good purchase."
