"The deflector is different at each end which makes it hard to line up. The instructions were awful... tiny, fuzzy pictures that were hard to follow. The unit arrived with a fairly significant scratch on the front which was probably from the factory and not from shipping. The box it arrived in was huge and provided good protection. Overall, not very thrilled but it seems to be working fine now that it's installed."

"It was very easy to install and looks nice.The only complaint would be possibly to get a few extra connectors because one fell into the engine and we couldn't find it."

"Everything went together great, was a breeze to install, only 1 problem with the bug grard and window vents, QUALITY of the finish, flash on the edge of bug guard and the tape on the window vents, also both products had scratches on the service that shouldn't have been passed inspection."

"The AVS Bugflector II installed easily using factory drilled holes in the hood of my 2009 Honda CR-V. I recently took a 600 mile roadtrip and the bugs that met their fate on my windshield were far less than without the guard. Most importantly, there was no damage to my hood or windshield due to flying pebbles and other road debris. The smoke color (which looks black) was the right choice over the clear option. It matches the rest of the black on my car and really doesn't look like an after-factory addition. Another plus: The dealership's part-only price was $150.00 for something similar! This was a great deal!"

"This was so easy to install (took less than 10 minutes), and it couldn't look better on my King Ranch. It's only been on for about a week so I can't say how well it holds up over time, but so far I'm incredibly happy with this purchase."

"This product is a perfect fit on my Element. Very easy to install... 4 screws and anchors (all included). Looks great on the car and doesn't move when traveling at high speeds. Arrived within a few days of ordering on line. All this and half the price of the one on the Honda website!"

"I have a 2008 4runner and once this is installed the factory rubber seal around the front grill does not fit tight up against the hood since the Bugflector II is now behind the seal."

"The price was on the money and the fit on the 2009 CRV is great. The deflector fits perfectly and does not take away from the cars contours. This deflector protects the hood area and does deflect bugs and debris way from the windshield."

"Instructions do not really advise you how the dugflector attaches to the hood. The attaching hardware works different than anything I have worked with, but then again I am a novice. For the value seems like it do me just fine."
