"Years ago cars came with little windows that were located just infront of both the front windows. They did away with them so we could not open our windows even alittle bit if it was raining the water would just come in. Not with these visors. Open the window and the rain stays outside."

"I installed the vent visors the day I received them. Took all of 15min. to insert! Then put windows up & down, per. instructions; to seat properly. The instructions were very simple & easy to follow.
I Showed my New AVALON TO MY BROTHER,"A CAR NUT" & believe it or not, he thought that the side window deflectors were part of the "ORIGINAL EQUIPTMENT" and not "AN AFTER MARKET INSTILLATION!They really compliment the vehicle, follow the lines of the top & are very useful, living DOWN SOUTH; I CRACK THE WINDOWS, WHEN PARKED ,FOR VENTELATION & IF,NOT IF , BUT WHEN IT RAINS....NO RAIN DRIPS INTO THE CAR.
WE ALSO HAVE A TOYOTA HIGHLANDER & LAST YEAR,I ORDORED THE SIDE WINDOW. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. SINCERELY: ALLAN COOPER"

"Installation instructions were easy to follow.
The statement that it would take 24 hrs to seat itself properly did not work out on the driver's side window.
I have tried to pry the deflector tighter to the outer door gasket but the window still goes down automatically when it hits the top position. It also hits the outer edge about two inches down on the left side of the deflector (When looking from the inside of the car). The passenger side works OK.

"Delivery was not quick as they were back-ordered @ the manufacturer. They arrived in a large box; the 2 front deflectors were bagged together and 2 rear deflectors were bagged together in the same box. They were simply shipped in a plastic bag packed into a cardboard box with no other insulation. Consequently, the deflectors contacted one another during shipping which caused moderate scratches to the surfaces of the deflectors. These things REALLY need to be packaged better!
I went with the snap-in deflectors and installation was simple but I thought I would break the front deflectors during install as significant bending was required to get them in place. They look good aside from the surface scratches/scuffing.
Despite my diligent cleaning efforts, the windows sometimes make irritating scratching sound when raised into/lowered from the window channels (where the deflectors are mounted and come into contact with the windows). I’m picky but will likely opt for the external/3M tape mounting variety next time. During washing, it’s also more difficult to clean/dry the windows with the snap-in deflectors because there is so little space between the deflector and the window. I have the external/tape mounted type of deflectors on my other car and I think they provide a bit more rain/wind protection than the snap-in deflectors.
They are nice but were packed poorly; I also do not find the snap-in deflector to be superior to the taped-on deflector – I actually think I prefer the latter."

"Easy installation and instant gratification with appearance. Adds a bit of shading as well, reducing some eye-level glare into the vehicle. Wind noise detected but not terribly annoying. Clean window channels/felt of dust (compressed air) prior to installing while your at it. May need to apply slight upward pressure on the inside glass while raising windows to fully close with new installation. While windows closed, use light hand in adjusting deflectors on the outside to continue seating deflector. Allow some time for deflectors to seat."

"I have always liked having window vents on my car, this way I can park and leave the windows open a tad on hot days (I live in SC) and not have to worry about the possibility of rain. My car will be secure and dry. These WeatherTech ones are perfectly fitted to my car, so they are amazingly easy to install and they look like they belong. This is the second set I have ordered - the first set was for my car, and then my husband asked for these for his."

"Love the look it added to my 05 Dodge CTD 3500! I'm now able to open the windows somewhat during rain, no water on my door controls. I accidentally grabbed the wrong area while putting the passenger side in and they drew blood :o) Outside of that, installation went great. They were on in minutes. The "In-Channel" design is a great feature. Won't go with anything else in any other vehicles I'll own in the future!"

"Excellent product, installation is easy, took less than 10 minutues, once I clarified instructions w/Customer support. Deflector was installed from the clip first, NOT from the door handle side, per instructions. Known complaint with instructions. The deflectors are pliable/flexible enough to slip into the window track, I hesitated at first. If you try to follow the instructions the deflector is too long to fit into the clip and the deflector was not flexible enough to slip into the clip.
Looks great...."

"These front deflectors were installed on my silver birch 2005 Chevy Suburban. The installation was simple if you follow the instructions carefully. I noticed it would be easy to crack these deflectors if you try to force them in place.
They really look great with the color and shape of my vehicle. You cannot even tell they are on the vehicle due to the light color and slim fit.
I would reccommend these WeatherTech to everyone.
