Description

Remember when vehicles were equipped with those ugly wing windows that folded out for better ventilation and noise deflection? Sure, they were handy back then, but times have changed. Today, Weathertech’s Side Window Deflectors are the solution to a stuffy cockpit. These low-profile deflectors let you open your windows without the ear-splitting wind noise. Plus, you can keep your windows partially open on those rainy days without your vehicle getting completely drenched.

Precision crafted from high-impact acrylic, your Side Window Deflectors can withstand blows from airborne road rubble, kamikaze bugs, and other roadway hazards. And, they are specially treated to resist blistering UV rays and scratching.

Completely custom made for a seamless fit, your Side Window Deflectors easily install in your window channel using a micro-thin mounting flange—no drilling! Choose from a Light Smoke or Dark Smoke finish. Includes 1-year warranty.

Side window deflector

Posted on 10/26/2007 by Waymon S. - 2003 Mercury Marauder (Jennings,MO)

"These are a great product with the exception of the flange on the sill. Does not allow cross circulation of air with window partially open. Instalation was easy and they stay in place. Keeps rain out when driving with window cracked. Also you can leave windows cracked for ventilation while you're away even when it rains. Great product."

Terrific product!

Posted on 10/24/2007 by Andrea G. - 2007 Dodge Caliber (New Hyde Park,NY)

"Bought these for my 2007 Dodge Caliber. They fit perfectly, easy to install (my 15 year old son did them), and its nice to be able to crack the windows in the rain. They actually look like they came with the car since they are not stuck on the outside."

"This is the second set of window deflectors I have purchased. They fit perfectly and do an excellent job of allowing wind in and keeping the rain out. I love the in-channel design as opposed to sticking it to the outside like most brands."

Weather Tech Side Window Install

Posted on 10/21/2007 by James H. - 2007 Chevy HHR (Rochester,NY)

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.

"This was one of the easiest and "no time at all" installs I have ever done. No tools needed. Directions are very clear. I'm glad I went with the light smoke color, as I can see thru them and it does not take away from my side visibility on my Chevy HHR. It's great to be able to have the windows open slightly when it's raining and not get wet."

good item

Posted on 10/20/2007 by Michael K. - 2007 Nissan Frontier (Farmingdale,NY)

"through the 5 cars ive owned through the years, ive purchased rain guards for each one. the stick on ones and these that snap in. i think these stay in better but the stick on ones look better. i just wish they extended outward a little more. it seems they point almost directly downward with only a half inch space between the window and the guard. overall i dont regret my purchase, i got what i paid for. reasonable price for a good item."

"There are other deflectors out there, these are the most expensive and only slightly better than the other choices. Fit is fine, finish is not what it should be. The edges are not finished properly, don't spend the extra money."

"I like how they are low profile and really do not stand out. With tinted windows, you almost can't see them. Very nice quality. The only negative is that the driver's side deflector did not really snap into place like the passenger side. I may have to get some double sided tape to make sure it does not fly off."

WeatherTech Rules

Posted on 10/19/2007 by Scott B. - 1993 Infiniti I30 (Brier,WA)

"Since window deflectors came out years ago, I have been a fan. Not only do you need these in Seattle with the weather we have here but they add a little style to the vehicle as well. WeatherTech brand are well made and very easy to install. I put them on all four windows of my Infiniti and they look great. When I had inquired at a local dealer about purchasing a set for my car they told me that they are "out of production" for a 1993 model. Finding AutoAnything on line and the fact that they had a set of WeatherTech on hand was really cool. I told the local dealer where he could find these and they took down the information as if others in my circumstance had made inquiries as well. Thank you AutoAnything......."

deflector issue

Posted on 10/17/2007 by Bruce B. - 2003 Infiniti FX35 (Englewood,FL)

"I have been having some difficulties with the windows hitting the bottom of the deflectors. The passenger side front has finally seated and working properly. The driver side front is still having problems. To close the window completely, the deflector must be pushed outward for the window to clear. I hope in time, the deflector will seat like the passenger side has. I do like their appearence."

Keep rain out and let air in

Posted on 10/16/2007 by Dr. Susan K. - 2007 Toyota Prius (Kent,OH)

"Although they aren't all that easy to install (mainly due to strange directions for the rear windows), once they're in, they look great and work flawlessly. I had some on my Camry that I bought at AutoZone for half the price but they didn't fit perfectly like these do on my 2007 Prius. If you like your windows open 2-3 inches in inclement weather, you need these deflectors or you'll be toweling off your innards constantly. They're well worth their price."

Prius window deflectors

Posted on 10/12/2007 by Michael B. - 2007 Toyota Prius (Lacey,WA)

"I had lots or trouble finding window deflectors for my Toyota Prius. I just bought it and the Toyota people told me that they did not make them and they have so many requests for them that they wished they did. I went to a few retail places and was told the same thing. Even the internet took some time to locate them. I looked through more than a few websites that I googled before I came to the AutoAnything site. FINALLY I found them!! The price for front and rear Deflectors was pretty good. As I remember, I couldn't find any for my Infinity a few years back but I think I finally found them from from WeatherTech...wish I would have remembered this web site. Thanks WeatherTech and AutoAnything!"
