Description

Remember when vehicles were equipped with those ugly wing windows that folded out for better ventilation and noise deflection? Sure, they were handy back then, but times have changed. Today, Weathertech’s Side Window Deflectors are the solution to a stuffy cockpit. These low-profile deflectors let you open your windows without the ear-splitting wind noise. Plus, you can keep your windows partially open on those rainy days without your vehicle getting completely drenched.

Precision crafted from high-impact acrylic, your Side Window Deflectors can withstand blows from airborne road rubble, kamikaze bugs, and other roadway hazards. And, they are specially treated to resist blistering UV rays and scratching.

Completely custom made for a seamless fit, your Side Window Deflectors easily install in your window channel using a micro-thin mounting flange—no drilling! Choose from a Light Smoke or Dark Smoke finish. Includes 1-year warranty.

AutoAnything did it right!

Posted on 12/29/2007 by Tom L. - 2006 Toyota 4Runner (Canton,OH)

"First of all I have used WeatherTech products in all my vehicles in recent years, I have always been happy with everything. The deflectors that I just received arrived damaged. The impression of a FedEx size 11 was at one end of the box outside and a shattered passenger side deflector on the inside of the box. A call and an email to customer service produced near immediate results. 2 days later a new set was at my door...NOW THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! AutoAnything will see business from me again on present and future vehicles. Thanks for making this transaction a pleasure."

Look great and fit perfect

Posted on 12/27/2007 by Michele B. - 2005 Cadillac Escalade (Dallas,TX)

"Received a set (4) from my wife for Christmas. The front window deflectors took about 3 minutes to install. The back window deflectors took a little longer to install due to pulling the weather stripping back and installing the retainer clips. I've had the 3M double sided tape deflectors on a previous vehicle and these look 10 times better. The fit is perfect and the in-channel look is much cleaner. Highly recommended!"

"I like the WeatherTech Deflectors, but I didn't like the fact that both drivers and passenger door deflectors cracked at the top edges, I followed the instructions supplied yet still they cracked during the first time the window was closed fully. Still look great but...."

OK

Posted on 12/21/2007 by Renee N. - 2008 Toyota Yaris (Jonesboro,LA)

"Product was very simple to install and looks good, but is not suitable for my purposes. Drip edge does not extend far enough out from the car to deflect the rainwater running down from the roof, so the rain pours into car if windows are down more than an inch or so. A competitor's product on my previous car worked better for keeping rain out."

Weathertech Window Deflector

Posted on 12/16/2007 by Jack B. - 2004 GMC Yukon XL (Birmingham,AL)

"these are the best window deflectors I have ever purchased. While they are expensive, I would have to say they are worth the money. They instaleed easily and fit perfect. I have purchased at least 4 or 5 sets of window deflectors over the years but this set fit better, easier to install and looks much better than the others. I would purchase again without any hesitation."

still uncertain - Ford fusion 2008

Posted on 12/14/2007 by Bruce S. - 2008 Ford Fusion (Palm Beach Gardens,FL)

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.

"First of all you cannot beat the service and help from AutoAnything. The front windows seem very tight and creak and groan when rolling up. They have wind noise at 65-70 mph, especially driver side. The window hits edge on the back side of the deflector when rolling up and it seems like quite a strain on the window motor. They look great and I am hoping they will settle in. They have not yet in over a week. I like the looks and concept but right now would go with the stick on if I had it to do again. I may not feel this way in another month."

Very good, but...

Posted on 12/11/2007 by Thomas W. - 2008 Honda Pilot (Lake View,NY)

"If you are looking for IN-TRACK window deflectors, these are a decent choice. They look good, add very little extra wind noise, and I installed all 4 in just over 5 minutes. The instructions could have been clearer, but it's not hard to figure out how to install them by looking at the pictures. The one disappointing thing is that the finish of the lower edge isn't "finished". My deflectors have fine machining marks all along the lower edges that, while not awful, should have been buffed out, especially when these things cost over $100 for a set of four. I have bought WeatherTech products for other cars, and bought these and some floor mats for my new car. While the quality and fit is still high, It seems that WeatherTech is slipping a little bit."

"These are my 4th pair (a set for each car I have owned). The installation is easy and can be done in about 15 seconds per window. The fit and wormanship is top-notch and customer service is way above average, not to mention the price is the best you'll find. Thanks!!!!!!!!!! Donna K. in Tennessee"

Instructions obsolete

Posted on 12/06/2007 by June H. - 2008 Toyota Prius (Oxford,AR)

"Bought for an 08 Prius. Despite being a handyman type, I found the installation of these to be very difficult with too many "oops" moments. I expect it ended up in disaster for many. 1. They were also too expensive. 2. The instructions were out of date with the latest car details."
