"All 4 deflectors installed within a matter of 10 minutes. During installation I could tell that these deflectors were sturdier than the more economical plastic version. I think these deflectors will last several years in my farming environment."

"I ordered, and received my WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors in March...they were 'out of stock' at the time of the order, but arrived within 2 weeks. I was reluctant to try to install them due to the outside temperature(I'm in the southern tier of New York and it was cold at the time) I had read other's statements about their Weather Tech's snapping when they tried to 'flex' them while installing them when the weather was cold..also 'some' claimed that their Side Window Deflectors wouldn't allow their power windows to go up all the way. Mine installed w/ NO trouble and my windows (power-windows)work perfectly. The instructions couldn't have been easier to follow. THANKS WEATHER TECH, they look and fit GREAT __Paul"

"My order came fast and in great shape. These deflectors are awesome--no messy tape to bother with and no worries about aligning the deflectors properly before placing them. I'm not sure what some of the other reviewers found difficult about the instructions, I found them clear and easy to read. I had all 4 deflectors installed in about 10 minutes. Great product--I'll choose these in-channel deflectors for all my future vehicle purchases."

"Really looks great on the prius. One of the challenges with the Prius is the A Pillar. these really do not infringe in your view over the original A Pillars. Easy to install, Back doors take a little to figure out but once you figure out the procedure, easy to do. Love them and would get them again in a heart beat."

"I purchased these deflectors because I would like to crack the window open in the hot summer days and not to worry about rain. The deflectors are easy to install and have a snug fit. Wind noise seems to be a little louder after installation but considering their benefit I don't mind it at all. This is the first time I have ever tried window deflectors but I love them! It is really too bad that my other car, Subaru Forester, doesn't have window frames to install a set of them."

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
"The material is first grade as I expected and the fit is good although it is a bit difficult to install the front pair. You really need to bend it (with force) in order to get it into the slot. The one thing I noticed is that the window goes up slower than before due to the added resistance of the extra material in the slot. Sometime the auto up function of the driver window doen't work. It is like you put your hand in the way and the window comes down to avoid pinch hazard. It might be worse in the summer time when everything is expanded. Wish the edge that goes into the slot be a bit thinner to help the situation. Overall, I am satisfy with the product."

Fit & Finish Could Be Better
Posted on 03/29/2007 by Michael W. - 2006 Toyota 4-Runner (Little Neck,NY)
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
"Purchased the dark-smoke WeatherTech side window deflectors (front & rear) for my 2006 Toyota 4Runner Ltd. after reading many rave reviews. However, the fit isn't quite perfect and is especially noticeable with the rear set. I wonder if these deflectors were really custom made for my vehicle. For this price (>$100), I expected a much better fit. The finish could also be improved - I see dimples in some areas of the deflectors for the front. I'm still deciding if this item was worth its price?"

"the front were easy enough to put on the car and the resistance makes since. The back two are supposed to be attached with a clamp that messes up the rubber around the door and doesn't look good. I didn't use in, instead I purchased auto two sided tape which is pretty strong and attached them in the same fashion that you do in the front. The creators of the back deflectors should realize people don't want to mess up their cars, but I was able to at least work with it, we'll see how it does."
