"Very easy to install. They look great! Much better than the tape on kind. My only complaint is that my passenger side deflector had a small vertical crack in it. This may have occurred while bending during installation as it was cold outside at the time."

"I went with the light smoke. Now that they are on I may have gone with the darker ones. You bend these things seriously when you install them. They tension mount in between the window and the seal. They never broke but it worried me just the same. The rears are held in with double stick tape and a little tension, we'll see. Mounting close to the mirrors I lost a little view. They do distort your vision when you look through them, likely something that I will get accustom to. They look like they are going to scratch easily. I had one replaced from the get go, it's replacement came a little scuffed also. They should be packaged differently for better protection. A few minutes with some plastic polish and then a good wax job may help them stay shinny a bit longer. They are the same price no matter where you buy them. AutoAnything has good customer service. The deflectors were drop shipped from manufacture in a timely manner. In short they look good, did not require mounting on the doorframe, darker maybe better and time will tell on scratch resistance. Make it so."

"These deflectors install easy and are far better than the stickon type which come apart every chance they get. They also look better they were a breeze to put on my 2001 Dodge Dakota. You will pay more but they are worth the extra cost."

"I've seen cheaper units and don't compare to these deflectors. The engineering is excellent (keep in mind they're made in Germany). No sound, draft and very easily installed. no screws, no removal of any molding. Maybe twice the price but 4 times the quality. You can't buy a Porsche for the cost of a Yugo."

"I thought I made a bad mistake when the salesman suggested WeatherTech side window defelectors since the one I wanted was not available. I have three other vehicles with the other make and felt good about them. When they arrived I realized how trim they were going to be and not stick far out from the window. The ease of installation was unbelievable, I actually did it on less than a minute a window. What a Great product."

Quality & Elegance Versus Cheap & UGLY!
Posted on 02/17/2007 by Leyland F. - 2004 Toyota Sienna (Corpus Christi,TX)
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
"I bought my new WeatherTech Deflectors and after watching the Video, I had all four of them on in less than 10 minutes! Once I stood back and took a good long hard look at them, I realized how sleek and unobtrusive they were. They look as though they were installed at the factory and had always been on my Sienna since the day it left production. Tbe visual quality is fantastic. There is little or no distortion from them at all. And the darker color that I ordered doesn't have that cheap almost black look that all the other brands do. The other thing that is actually the most important thing is that they fit easily into the window track and do NOT have that 'pasted on' look like the other brands do. There is nothing cheap looking about these vents. And as a smoker, I love driving down the Highway with the windows partially down and not have a continual 'spitz bath' all over me and the interior on the way to my destination! They are everything you would want them to be and more. Thanks for reading all this, but I like to share my thoughts with others when I've found something really remearkable.
