Holes had to be enlarged(again) to match those of the Ford Ranger. Replaced the worthless plastic screws with appropriate metal one to insure holding. Unit looks good and actually does a pretty good job of directing air flow up and over as wanted.

EXTREAMLY easy to install...1 suggestion. Instructions say to remove the hoods rubber gasket, & place it on the side because it will be re-installed after the deflector is in place. When installed at the factory, that gasket has a sticky substance that allows it to stick to the smooth hood metal. I would suggest the purchase a small bottle of Contact Cement & give the gasket and the hood a good coating. Wait 5 min then reapply the gasket. That will ensure a tight bond. Worked for me

Very satisfied with overall quality of AVS Bug Deflector. Design fit contour of hood very well. Only area of improvement would be the fasteners used for installation. Plastic clip and screws need to be larger. Instructions not clear on how to insert the screw into clip. Appears that you would use a phillips screw driver and rotate the screw to install. Customer support said to push screw into clip until it bottoms out.
