I would advise you, check to see if you already have a deflector in place is the size of the current screw holes. If yours is like mine, you will need to replace your current screws back into the holders. The new screws will not fit. Other than that minor detail, it looks great.

Very easy to install. Box was a little trashed when received but FedX opened it with me and inspected contents and was fine. Ordering was easy, plus they had a rebate shown with it, which my local parts store didnt even have. Dave

The wellnuts provided would probably work if the vehicle is not subjected to high winds. The only sure way of mounting the deflector is to drill and install 4 stainless screws, with washers, to the area close to the wellnuts after following manufactures mounting instructions. If not, the wellnuts will work loose in high winds.

The AVS Bug Defllector was a perfect fit for my 09 Silverado. I did take time to read the instructions which made sense of the rubber expansion plugs. The holes lined up perfectly and once the taped areas were pressed down the shield was solid. Blends perfectly with the lines of the truck. Not noticeable from the cab at all.

I got a big chip on the front edge of my truck and got this to prevent more. It installed very easy and no drilling required. I prefer the look without a bug sheild, but value the paint job more. That is why I got it. The big draw back is that it caused the windshield side trim to flap at about 65-70 mph which was annoying. I fixed it with some double sided tape on the trim however. Quality product which should solve the paint damage problem.

Item did not look the same as picture, screw fasteners could be better quality. Overall a decent product for the price. I was hoping it would accent and contour match the hood of my truck better.

I picked a moderate price bug shield that turned out great. It mounted easily and looks very nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fit is good on my 2010 Silverado. Instillation took maybe 10 minutes to get everything clean and ready. Looks great and does the job, highly recommend.
