the pins that come with the bug deflector are small and they did not fit the holes that were in the hood. I had to go buy larger ones.

This is the third Avs Bug Deflector I Bought. The installation on the others was easy. I installed this unit on a new Corolla - the hardware screws for the inserts would not start and tighten to hold the deflector to the hood.

The first bug deflector sent had a molding defect from the manufacture which made it completely useless. Thank you for Autoanything customer service staff who made the exchange process painless. The replacement bug deflector came and I noticed there is a small chipped edge but I didn't bother to file a complain. Also, the AVS label was positioned side way. Now, I am starting to question their manufacturing QA process.

Very easy install, less than ten minutes to complete. No tape or drilling required, uses existing holes in hood, seems to be of excellent quality.

We bought AVS Bug Deflectors for both a 2016 Toyota Tacoma and a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the Tacoma deflector, but was surprised the Corolla deflector included plastic screws to attach it to the hood. Of course, the heads stripped immediately. Both have held up fine/stayed attached in the weeks they've been on the vehicles and both look sharp, it was just a feeling of "Plastic screws, seriously?" So, include real screws and you get 5 stars throughout.

Easy installation comes with everything needed to install and has a nice kinda high profile that actually does something and not just lay there
