We needed to keep a few bugs off the Subaru Forester and this AVS deflector is just the ticket. It does not interfere with the "Eyesight" on the car, so we are all good. The clips are fussy, but installation went along okay. Best thing is, the bugs are history.

These deflectors installed fast and easy. Low noise level not changed after installing on vehicle.

Quality of the product is good. The only thing I don't like its how it mounts. I wish it didn't mount on top of the hood. ..but it does is job.

This AVS bug deflector is really sharp looking, made very well and does what it is supposed to do - deflect bugs. It fits our 2015 Subaru Forester perfectly. Subaru does not even offer one yet for our model. Glad we chose AVS.

Hardware was not with order called treated very well hardware arrived in just 2/3 days easy install clips installed tight but well used small dead blow hammer to install clips but once done very secure I'm retired aircraft mechanic very secure fit with tight clip dont change a thing

It does not fit on the car well, it does not bolt on, you have to use clips on your hood, right over the paint on the hood with a thin little clear protector then with the clip over top of that. I almost threw the thin clear protectors away since they look like nothing usable or important. Then the middle section has to be glued on with the 3-m tape above where the silver grill is. It does not attach or bolt under the hood at any point or place, it floats on top.

The bug shield arrived promptly and well-packaged. However, even though the shield was protected inside a stiff plastic bag, there are some major scratches on the outside surface that could not be buffed out. The spring clips needed to be bent open 1/8 inch to allow them to fit over the front lip of the car hood. Once installed, the quality of the design is apparent.
