I ordered the AVS first and the holes on the deflector didn't line up with my hood so I returned it. Then ordered the weather tech and everything lined up perfectly. Only took a few mins to install.

It went on easy and looks great. Seems to work as it is supposed to. The final chapter will come when we see how well it holds up over time. Based on what I know now, I would recommend one for sure!

I have had multiple vehicles, the ones with a bug deflector definitely fared better as far as chipping of the paint on the front of the hood and bugs on the windshield. You may not notice the difference right away, but wait a couple of years and look at a vehicle without the deflector and yours, you will see. The Weathertec deflector is very easy to install, fits the curves of my vehicle so tightly that you almost don't even notice that it's there, an overall great addition.

I purchased both Weather Tech mud flaps/splash guards an a bug/stone deflector an "WOW" was i amased how easy the instalation was for both products. It took me about an hour to put everything on my 2008 Tahoe and the fit was Excellent and all screw/bolt holes lined up perfect. I will be purchasing a back liner soon and you can be sure it will be WEATHER TECH and there is no doubt in my mind that it will fit perfect. Thanks again Weather Tech.
