Only Change - They could be wider to allow the window to open more." —John M K from West Milford, NJ bought an AVS Ventvisor Window Deflectors for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.
"These are so easy to install, it only took me about 10 mins total. Them let sit with windows shut for 24 hours and they are perfect. Ease of install and quality product makes these a winner in my book." —Tom Q from Barrington, RI bought an AVS In-Channel Ventvisor for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, Crew cab.
"Speedy delivery, good price, easy installation. Local supplier discouraged me from installing the In-Channel type, but had them on my 2000 Silverado for 11 years with no problem. I do have a little more wind noise at higher speeds, but had the same with my 2000 Silverado, but worth the noise. Love them!" —Joe T from Cordova, TN bought an EGR In-Channel Rain Guards for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.
"Easy to install like them better than the ones that go on the outside. I have had both. Price seems to be a little high for four pieces of plastic." —Eugene C from Kingsport, TN bought an EGR In-Channel Rain Guards for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.
"The fit and trim are good on these deflectors and they do the job intended. I especially like the "low profile" tucked in look these offer over the other brands.
The only issue inherent with any window deflector is the mild additive of wind noise into the cabin area. If you have a very quiet ride now, you'll notice the wind noise. It is tolerable especially if you turn the radio up slightly.
I'll continue to buy window deflectors for my vehicles and this brand in particular." —Allen W from Georgetown, TX bought a WeatherTech Side Window Deflector for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, Crew cab.
"Easy to install and look great on my truck. The only thing I don't like is that the guards have EGR printed on the outside of the guard for everyone to see. Don't know how to remove them since they are printed on the plastic." —Ryan M from Oxford, MI bought an EGR In-Channel Rain Guards for a 2008 Chevy Silverado, Regular cab.
