"The visor is about 1/8th inch thick smoked lexan and is very robust and sturdy. The weatherstripping provided (goes between the visor and the cab) is very good quality. Installation would have been pretty simple if it wasnt for the included screws. For my application, the screws were about 1/2 inch too short. Rummaging around in my screw bin, I managed to find some the right length and continued with the install. There's two metal clips that hook underneath the lip of the sunroof opening and two screws are inserted in through two predrilled holes in the visor and the whole thing is tightened down onto the clips and the weatherstripping is compressed for a nice watertight seal. After finding the right screws, the install took about 10 minutes. Driving ~70 with the sunroof open, there was NONE of the usual buffeting inside the cab -- looks great and does the job." —Mark J from Pembroke Pines, FL bought a WeatherTech Sunroof Wind Deflector for a 2007 Ford F-150.
