When I tried to install the bugflector on my 2008 Ford F250, I ran into problems in getting the screws out holding the grill in place. In the installation instructions, it made a reference to this being difficult to get the screws out. Since they are made of plastic, I messed up the first screw and quit. I took my truck to the local Ford dealer and had them do the installation for $37.50 and it was well worth it to me. I can't believe that Ford used "plastic" screws on the grill. Dumb!
