Lund Interceptor Bug Deflector For Jeep Commander

Reviewed By Brian C (Fairview, PA) Reviewed for a 2006 Jeep Commander —2/5/2009 4:05 AM

Put on the Lund deflector on a 2006 Jeep Commander. Everything meshed up great. Only complaint was they use a clear piece of tape to protect your hood where the brackets go. It is nice that they give you this, but my concern is that after time it might peel back up. But over all the product seems to be working well, and looks good.

EGR Superguard Bug Deflector

Reviewed By Brian Z (Lawrence, MA) Reviewed for a 2008 Jeep Commander —12/3/2008 3:04 AM

I purchased the EGR Superguard model for its reported no drill installation and slightly larger profile. I cannot say enough about this product. Super, super easy to install. Only tool needed was a screwdriver. Total install time was about 5 minutes. Guard can easily be removed if needed.

2015 Chevy Tahoe bug deflector

Reviewed By Randle D (PADUCAH, KY) Reviewed for a 2015 Chevy Tahoe —8/2/2015 9:08 AM

This installed easily with no drilling. It used a handful of existing self tapping screws on the truck. It comes with bumpers to install between the deflector and the hood, but I found the deflector rigid enough that the bumpers were not needed. I also drove my truck on a 2000 mile round trip vacation with no vibration issues from the deflector. It also appeared to significantly improve insect impact on the windshield.
