I ordered the low profile bug deflector. It is a much higher profile than many of the low profile bug deflectors available, so it should provide better protection. It looks nice and fits nice. The reflector wraps partially around the sides of the hood as well. The easiest way to install was to place the plugs for the screws in first and then re-install the rubber hood gasket with the oem plugs in the holes that were left. This holds the deflector on while dealing with the screw. The plugs for the screws turn with the screw so it is imparitive too hold the deflector firmly in place so that the notches catch the screw plugs and keep them from turning as you tighten the screw. It would have been much easier with a second set of hands, but it still only took 15 mins. With the Frontier the hood bump stops and latch tend to squeak after about 30,000 miles. After instalation of the bug deflector and a 1/4 turn on the bump stops the squeaks have stopped. The increased resistance from the incresed distance from the hood to latch keeps the hood tight and squeak free. Just thought I would through in this info for others with a similar problem. Thanks Auto Anything. I will definitely order from you guys again.
