Deflector actually works and is cool looking

I live in Florida where the bugs are all apparently suicidal. So I got the deflector and not only does it look cool, installed in about 10 minutes with the right tools, but helped with keeping the bugs off the windshield too! Very nice. Shipping was great too. Thanks!

EGR Superguard Hood Shields Reviews

best quaility on the market.

Reviewed By LYNN R. R (MOUNTAIN VIEW, AR) Reviewed for a 2014 Ford F-150 —5/20/2015 9:38 AM

Over the years I've purchased at least a dozen or more bug deflectors. Most of them well known brands. This time with the new style grilles and fronts I wanted one to show off this chromed grille. Most covered the top fo the grille and weren't off the grille or body parts.I came across EGR's Superguard shield. It had the look I wanted and so I dug in to find out the actual function, quality, installation, and other details.I came back to this brand numerous times while searching for the right shield.Even calling several sellers asking questions.I found it to be the best durability, most eye appealing, and what I wanted for value. The strong materials used and basically pretty simple installation of product while keeping it off the grille or the hood.Only one thing may I suggest on instructions for installation;that is the use of a plastic angled wedge or plastic putty knife to spread hood and grille on installing the clips.that it makes it much easier with no damage to original truck parts, also putting plastic item in from the hood towards the grille and slight pressure towards the grille.(maybe that is different installation then on other vechicles?) but I found this to be the best stable shield I've ever purchased and installed. Thank you for this very good product.
