"Great product, easy to install and really looks great on my Toyota Tacoma 2009." —Mike R from Plymouth, MN bought a WeatherTech Stone & Bug Deflector for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, Double cab.
"I went with ERG deflector because the OE deflector for my '09 Toyota Tacoma is not designed well and can cause damage to the hood. Not an issue with the EGR. Looks great and is easy to install. It's a little tricky to keep the grommets from turning as you're installing the screws. I just wedged a small screwdriver in the slots and that kept them from turing. I'm happy with it." —William S from Lexington, KY bought an EGR Aerowrap Hood Shields for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
"This is a great bugshield. Much better than the tiny one that Nissan offers. Fit was great and it took about 5 minutes to install. I highly recommend it." —James Y from Springfield, MO bought an AVS Bugflector II for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
"Your product is a great item at a good quality ,appearance, value, and is very easy to install!" —Alvaro S from Brandon, FL bought a WeatherTech Stone & Bug Deflector for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, Access cab.
"I've read some reviews saying it is hard to install this bug shield on Tacomas. It is not if you align the horizatal part of the plug to the slot on the sheild. Hope this help." —Xiyao Z from Tucson, AZ bought an EGR Superguard Hood Shields for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
"Installation was quick. Did not like the instructions though. They only had illustrations, no written instructions." —Robert C from Walkersville, MD bought a Lund Interceptor Bug Shield for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
"Shipped quick, went on in 3 minutes. The fit is perfectly curved to match the lines of the hood giving it that custom appearance. Material is solid - very little flex so didn't need the clear bumpers appliques they supplied with it for the hood." —David K from Fitzwilliam, NH bought a WeatherTech Stone & Bug Deflector for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, Access cab.
"Very easy to install- took all of 5 minutes. Looks great on my truck. Best bugshield on the market for the price in my opinion." —Stephen R from Lacey, WA bought an AVS Bugflector II for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
"This is a great looking low profile deflector. Install was simple and used existing holes in hood. No drilling required.
The plastic screw/anchor system is questionable. The instructions say you need a screwdriver, but, the screws never expanded the anchors and only worked after pushing the screws into the anchors. I'm not sure the install materials will last as long as the deflector? I would recommend this deflector to others with the an asterix about the screws and anchors." —David P from Olathe, KS bought a WeatherTech Stone & Bug Deflector for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
"I received the Stone & Bug deflector three days after ordering it. It took about 5-10 minutes to install, and it really enhances the look of the vehicle. The reduction of bugs on the hood is readily apparent (Actually, I have seen no bugs on the hood since it was installed). The change in airflow across the hood deflects bugs from the windshield as well. I wouldn't hesitate to purchased another one if I owned another truck." —Theodore S from Bluffton, SC bought a WeatherTech Stone & Bug Deflector for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
"Installation was easy, and the product looks great. My only complaint is that three of the provided screws stripped. I ended up forcing them into the holes, and they have held for the past 2 weeks since I installed them. Overall I am pleased with this purchase." —Michael B from Frankfort, KY bought an AVS Bugflector II for a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.
