"I bought these for my '08 Tacoma (double cab) and they are well worth the money! The easy installation process (took me 10 mins.) made everything easy for me to enjoy them. The quality is fantastic. I took my truck thru a car wash a few times and it had absolutely NO damage. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of quality deflectors without having to break their banks!" —Michelle H from Colorado Springs, CO bought an AVS Ventvisor Window Deflectors for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Double cab.
"the front visors fit, look great and perform excellent. the rear ones were a poor fit and i am waiting for autoanything to send me a replacement set, it has been a week and i have not heard anything from autoanything. i'll give it a few more days and call again. when i called about this problem the customer service was great, except for the fact i haven't heard anything or had the new visors delivered yet. maybe it just hasn't processed yet, we will see." —Steven H from Mims, FL bought an EGR In-Channel Rain Guards for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Double cab.
"Wish I had gotten the in channel deflectors earlier. I had the stick on model before and now I have several scratches on my truck. These have been great so far." —Alex T from Pound Ridge, NY bought a WeatherTech Side Window Deflector for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Access cab.
"Let's get the "bad" part out of the way first: the upper left corner of the driver's side deflector tended to jam against the window and keep it from going up smoothly: a bit of filing/sanding on the deflector solved that. NOW THE GOOD STUFF....
I got the lighter gray shade deflectors and they look great on my 2009 Tacoma. It blends in so well people don't even realize I have deflector's... and when they finally realize it (or I point them out)they are impressed. More importantly, I'M IMPRESSED! They look great, work great! (I like to keep the window cracked open when I smoke, and the deflector's do a perfect job of keeping rain out). Installation was pretty straightforward... took a few minutes to get them on.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! MY CONCLUSION: THEY'RE WORTH EVERY PENNY!" —George O from Pocono Summit, PA bought a WeatherTech Side Window Deflector for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Regular cab.
"These are great. They're plenty stout, and offer good rain protection - the main reason I bought them. I did not install the rear-window pieces - decided since those windows don't open I don't need them. My only ding on these is installation - you have to be Real Careful to get them on with that 3M megatape stuff - it's hard to re-align once you've got one end stuck on and realize it's a little off. Other than that, good deal on a good practical accessory! - Steve, Austin TX" —Mary D from Austin, TX bought an AVS Ventvisor Window Deflectors for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Access cab.
"I've had these on for almost a week now and found the in-channels are much better than the stick ons. Much better look." —Ryan M from Saco, ME bought an EGR In-Channel Rain Guards for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Double cab.
"The four piece ventvisor was easy to install and fit perfectly in the window channels. It took only a few minutes to attach them to the vehicle." —George P from Pensacola, FL bought an AVS In-Channel Ventvisor for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Double cab.
"Very nice product. Easy to install, about 20 seconds for the front and 15 for rear. Look Great. Best of all, allows me to leave all windows down a little in hot weather to keep inside cool, not to mention keeping rain out." —Michael H from Livermore, CA bought an EGR In-Channel Rain Guards for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Double cab.
"Very easy installation, took less than 15 minutes for the complete installation on my 2008 Tacoma double-cab. Really like the low profile look not to mention the functionality of these rain guards. Would recommend a little "thicker" adhesive tape or a "double layer" be applied to the rear window guards for a tighter fit in the window channels. Other than this, I'd highly recommend these guards to anyone!" —Gareth R from Houma, LA bought an EGR In-Channel Rain Guards for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Double cab.
"i have to say i was skeptical about these things being easy to install ... but right out of the box, right onto my truck while waiting for a friend in a parking lot. couldn't have been easier. plus, they look great and deflect just enough. i am quite happy with this product." —Marco B from Cambridge, MA bought a WeatherTech Side Window Deflector for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma.
"The visor was quite easy to install, looks great, and doesn't protrude far out from the vehicle like other visors. It is hardly noticeable when looking from the front and back of the vehicle." —Russell W from Annapolis, MD bought an AVS In-Channel Ventvisor for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, Access cab.
