"i was impressed by the look and style. This bug deflector exceeded my expectation, however the installation instruction was somewhat confusing on my 2011 tundra because of the instructions to remove part of grille that needed no removal and not instructed to remove certain screws that needed removed, nevertheless the end result was satisfying.kudos to the designer." —Tyrone B from Wharton , TX bought an EGR Chrome Hood Shields for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"I found that it was easy to install and changed the looks of my truck in a good way.I just got home from a great trip my wife and i took,we traveled across the states from chesapeake va to las vagas and back 6540 miles.I washed my truck and found the bug deflector had done a excellent job." —Elvin Y from Chesapeake , VA bought an EGR Superguard Hood Shields for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"On the 2011 Tundra the grill has 5 attachment points behind the top of the primary grill frame that you cannot access. It is not just removing the bolts as suggested. You need to tape the hood above the grill to protect the finish and pry the grill off popping the 5 tabs free. Cross your fingers and hope the tabs give way before the grill cracks. This is not a simple job for everyone." —Kevin C from Plymouth, MA bought a Wade Platinum Bug Shield by Westin for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"looks good on my truck .had to take the entire grill assembly off to install.was not what i really wanted to do with a truck 2 weeks old but it was not that bad and guess i had no choice .overall price was fair and im happy with the product" —Ryan G from Linden, NJ bought an EGR Superguard Hood Shields for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"When installing you, must remove the grill bolts and break 2 plastic assembly rivets in the top corners of the grill. They are used for assembly line only and serve no purpose to the owner. They do take some force to snap. Pull one side away from the hood until it snaps, then the other. Takes longer to get the nerve to break these than it does to re-assemble. Looks good. Quiet, no wind noise. Nice snug fit. Would buy again." —Dan M from Belton, TX bought a Wade Platinum Bug Shield by Westin for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"Me and K-Sama got er installed in a flash, just a coupla screws and its done too easy! Looks good dog! Got it less than 48 hrs after I placed my order. Nala approved as well, WORD!!!" —Sean A from Clarkston , WA bought an AVS Bugflector II for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"I am happy with the EGR Aerowrap bug shield. I have a 2011 Tundra and the installation instructions were a bit vague for my truck. I had to do some extra research to find out exactly how to remove the grill to install the shield. I wish that I didn't have to remove the grill like I did but that isn't really EGR's fault. I would buy it again if given the opportunity. It looks and fits great, I just wish it were a little less invasive to install." —John W from Greeneville, TN bought an EGR Superguard Hood Shields for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"If you are lucky enough to get an undamaged product you will be happy with it.
Easy install...stylish and practical." —Chuck M from Jacksonville, FL bought an AVS Bugflector II for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"Product was fair/good but the packaging for shipping was very poor. The first one I got was broken and the 2nd one was cracked in the very same place. I kept the 2nd only because it took so long to get a replacement for the first and I could fix the 2nd to hopefully hold up." —Jim A from Rapid City, SD bought an EGR Superguard Hood Shields for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"looks nice, install was over complicated as one portion of grill removal was not needed" —John V from Liberty Twp, OH bought an AVS Bugflector II for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
"I was a bit confused when trying to find the best fit/look for my truck. There are so many options out there that I really didn't think I would find exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that looked like a factory/dealer option and not a bulky aftermarket obvious add-on. I was pleasently surprised when I received this product. It was a PERFECT fit! I had to remove the front grille, but the directions where easy to follow and it only took a few minutes to install with basic tools. If you are looking for a quality, factory look...then look no further. Great Choice!" —Frank M from New Port Richey, FL bought an EGR Superguard Hood Shields for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
