"It seems like my Honda Civic consists mostly of glass. The windshield is huge and the sun shade from my previous car didn't make a dent. But in Texas a shield is a must and it doesn't do much good if it offers only partial coverage. I cringed at the price of the Covercraft shield but bit the bullet and ordered it. I am very pleased with it. I read about the large gap around the mirror but my car is tinted in that area so that's not a problem. It fits like a glove and is easy to install. It still is rather large when folded up but that's not a problem for me. It keeps the car reasonably cool and seems well constructed. I recommend this shield."

"This sunshade fits perfectly. It is a bit bulky in the car, but worth it for the job it does. We live in Nevada and the sun is fierce. I do believe the car is quite a bit cooler than with other sunshades. This installs with little effort, even with a passenger in the front seat. A great product!"

"I purchased the Covercraft Car Sun Shade for my 2008 Corvette, and it performs wonderfully by keeping the interior much cooler and by helping prevent dashboard and upholstery damage from the sun. I have 2 other Covercraft Sun Shades for two other vehicles. All are custom fit and look attractive from the outside when they are in place. They are made of high quality, durable, and lasting materials. I do notice that the Corvette sun shade is cut slightly smaller (by about a half inch on each border) than my other Covercraft shades, so a little light sneeks in around the edges, but this probably is a design consideration to accommodate the Corvette's windshield being larger at the bottom. The sun shades for the other vehicles fit really tight. The Covercraft's accordian style folding panels collapse lengthwise for convenient and relatively compact storage. These hard, sturdy panels are a better alternative to the roll up sun shade. The roll up won't always fit well because the corners get permanently curled, which prevents proper sun blockage and looks "crinkly" and ugly from outside the windshield. Be careful that you don't crush the Covercraft sun shade panels by setting something like groceries on them when not in use, and don't allow the corners to get dog-eared by rough handling -- although the sun shade probably will still work just fine, it will just look a little creased. Don't bother buying the optional slip cover because it takes too much time putting it in and taking it out; besides, you will be using, rather than storing, this great sun shade."

"Does reduce temperatures by 14 to 16 degrees in my car. I placed a thermometer in my car, and on hot days (in the 90s) without the shade the temperature would always be around 134-136 degrees F. Now with the sunshade the temp is reduced to 120 F consistently. Of course, that's still pretty hot, but it makes it a little easier for my air conditioner to cope."

"I always tint the windows and use a windshield cover on any car I own - it's a necessity in hot, humid South Florida. I had previously purchased all sunshades from the dealer who seems to use sun shades made by CanvasWorks exclusively. Although they cover nicely, these are limp and difficult to put on/take off and store when not in use, especially with a larger-than-usual front windshield. I found a perfect fit in the Covercraft -it looks nice, keeps the car cooler (than the CanvasWorks) and is soooo easy to install and remove. It cost a bit more but I got what I paid for. This is a product I would highly recommend."

"I chose this shade for my son to use on his car while away at college. I chose this model, although it was slightly more expensive, because it looked more durable and rigid than some of the cheaper shades. It was a good choice because it installs easily, fits well, and does a good job of keeping the car cooler and saving the dash from damaging UV rays."

"I love my new Covercraft Car Sunshade, which covers and protects my entire dashboard and front seats. It blocks sun from entering anywhere on the entire front windshield area. It is very well made and is custom fitted to the exact measurements of my make and model of car. This is the sixth car (over the past 20 years) for which I have odered a custom Covercraft Car Sun Shade. "Living in Arizona tinted windows are a must but you can not legally tint the front window. This sun shade really does keep the car cooler with it sitting out side all day and the interior is not going to fade and crack."

"I live in TX and my car is parked outdoors all day. This shade really makes a difference in the inside temperature - which can be over 100 degrees at 5:30 p.m. I don't have a hot steering wheel, something I had with my former shade. Oh, and it's not as heavy or as awkward as I thought it would be. Thank You."

"For this kind of money and all the rave reviews, I expected a perfect fit. Not so. Top to bottom fit is good, side to side fit is short and doesn't follow the line of the windshield also closer fit on top and progressively gets further from pillar as it goes down to dash. At over 5x the price of a cheap one, I expected better. Way overpriced and wouldn't buy again. Not worth it."

"I've bought 2 custom windshield shades for my 07 Honda Odyssey and 00 Mitsubishi Galant from AutoAnything.com in the past 2 years. I've recommended the product to most of my friends and people I work with. The custom shades fits like a glove unlike those "one size fits all" shade that are sold on many autopart stores. The product is well-made with high quality material and the appearance is very simple but professional. The product looks like a factory OEM. That is how good it is. It may cost more than most windshield shades but it is well worth the investment because not only it protects the dashboard from sun exposure and heat, it probably will outlast the vehicle it protects."

"What a nice addition to a great little crossover. The shade is very well built, folds easily, and stores nicely. The materials are top quality and very strong. Only one complaint, O.K., two. First, to expensive. Competitors prices are much lower. They could have lowered the price to be more competitive. And, second, Covercraft should have included a bag to store it in. It has Velcro closures, but a bag would be a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone! Try it, you'll love it!"
