"Living is Southern California has it major plus's - but for cars - simply put - it can be torture! Having sunshine 8 months out of the year, can really take it's toll on an automobile - so when I purchased my new 2009 Truck, I didn't want the California sunshine to get the better of my new leather seats. I immediately went to my local auto parts store and bought the best sunshade that they had. It was flimsy and never stayed against the windshield. It was a waste of money. Frustrated and determined that they "must be something better out there", I turned to the world wide web. Here - I found Covercraft. I was a little concerned about the price tag - and the photograph didn't really do it justice, but my Mother's words rang in my head "when you buy - buy good - because when you buy good - you have!". I laid down the cash, and I am so pleased with the purchase. This rigid board has a reflective "out" side, and a velvet like material inside - kind of how they make the protective furniture covers for fine dining tables. It's for sure the LAST sunshade I'll have to buy!"

"I wouldn't have bought any other sun shade for my H3. This one looks good, is well built, and is easy to put up and take down compared to the other options out there. When it is not in use, however, it does not necessarily stay nicely folded and protected in a corner of the vehicle. It needs an integrated or free-form elastic, or even a slipcover. Covercraft should throw one into the box with each one."

"I purchased my Covercraft Sun Shade a few weeks ago and I love it! It fits PERFECTLY inside my windshield. The quality is very good from what I can tell and is very solid and sturdy. The seams appear to be a little frail considering the weight of the shades, but I have not had any problems yet. Keeps the heat down and looks good too. It's worth the money!!!"

"I have tried so many of those sun shades that say will fit most windshields, but they fit poorly and do not provide no where near the same protection as this cover craft sun shade does. I also noticed a drop in the interiors overall temperature. I love this sun shade and will by one for my wife's mini van."

"this is my 2nd sun shade in 15 yrs. was very pleased with the first ... my only complaint would be that after several years and many times folding and unfolding the seams broke down and flaked off on the dash... not bad for the use!"

"I've always preferred the fold up shades to the roll up, and this sunshade is no exception. I did notice one small spot on the metallic side that peeled off, but honestly the spot is so small you can barely see it and it doesn't effect the performance of the shade."

"I'm very pleased with the ease of use, custom fit and price of the Covercraft Sun Shade. The shade I used before had suction cups in the corners to hold it in place, which was a real hassle. The Covercraft holds itself in place by simply pulling the sun visors down.This shade is custom made for the make, model and year of my vehicle, so it fits my car's windshield perfectly. I'm 100% satisfied!"

"Well worth the money, a perfect fit, and the temperature in my car dropped significantly. Even my friends and co-workers that get in the car can tell the difference. I live in S. FL and without a shade it's literally like opening an oven door when going out to my car. Now it's still warm of course with the shade but the difference is like night and day. I wish they made them for the back windows too. I tried 3 different "universal fit" shades before the Covercraft product, what a waste of time."

"This is a strong heavy duty shade. It is constructed to fit tightly from top to bottom and side to side. It does and as a result it is wonderfully effective. However, due to the shape of the window, the vents on the dash and the heavy duty construction of the cover, it is very awkward to install."

"A little pricey, but man it was so worth it... keeps my truck cooler on the hot summer days and it is probably good not having all that sun killing my interior. Shouldn't have waited so long to buy one!"

"I found the Covercraft Car Shade worth the extra cost for customization to my auto (1) because the fit is perfect, which makes for easy installation, which makes for more costant use because I do not have to struggle with an ill-fitting sun shade. (2) Additionally, the shade is much better quality than the off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all shades you can buy in a store."

"I ordered this shade for my boyfriend's birthday since he had just purchased a sharp Ford Focus. At the same time, I ordered myself one for my RAV4. We both think these are awesome shades. They work exactly as the web site described. I liked mine so much, I just ordered another for my son. He lives in Alabama, where keeping the inside of your car cool is a necessity."
