"The price was a little high for the quallity, although the custom shape does considerably rase the value. The sun shade fit perfectly in the windshield, although getting it in there is kind of a hassle. The shade has a stiff cardboard like inside which does not allow it to flex, I would have perferred it to be more flexible like bubble rap type. Also, the reflective material is a greyish silver, a more reflective aluminum foil-type material would be more efficient. You can't beat the fit though, spot on. No gaps. Perfect. Just wish they would have put a more reflective outer material on it."

Great sunshade!

"Here in Texas it just got hot but after a week of use it is easy to put up and my visors hold up each side great. It comes in two sections. It is big but it fits fine between my front seats in my minivan when not in use. The silver side gets really hot to touch which I guess means it's keeping that sun out."

"My car is black inside and out so I needed something to keep as much heat out as possible...and a Covercraft Custom UV Shield Sun Shade was perfect! It fit in the window perfectly...was easy to install...and keeps a good amount of heat out of my car. It won't be so bad getting in my car after an 8 hour day this summer because the Sun Shade will keep my car substantially cooler! Thanks Covercraft!!"

"The cheap window shields don't cover everything, often leaving the dash exposed to the hot sun rays. The Covercraft UV Shield covers EVERYTHING-not only keeping your car cooler, but protecting the dash from getting cracked-up from constant sun exposure. You get what you pay for and in the long run, the Covercraft shield will prolong the life of your car interior, while keeping it cooler. The cheaper shields don't keep your interior as cool and doesn't protect the dash-so you saved money on a shield at the expence of your car interior."

"Sunshade appears to be sturdy and should last quite a while. It replaced a foam-filled roll-up we got for our 1993 Accord that began to sag too much. We like the stiffness of this shade. The fit is perfect."

"Well made item, no complaints. Have you ever considered leaving a cut out located below the mirror cutout at the bottom edge to permit a radar detector to remain installed when inserting the shade. I have to unclick mine whenever I use the shield. Just an idea."

"The shade is perfect, not one of those cheap jobbies. My only complaint is that it doesn't go around my Intellibeam sensor on the mirror so it's not flush against the window, but it still does a great job."

"excellent fit and finish. the only problem i encountered it if you bend the shade at all while putting in it will crease. should not cause any problems though. reflect heat and light very well, the inside temp is considerably cooler. well worth it."

"I purchased this for my honda civic hybrid and it fits perfectly. It seems to be very effective at reducing the sun and heat in my dark civic in the Arizona sun. Only downsides are it is a bit pricy for shade and it does require space to store in a small car. But, overall it is very good."
