"My first shade was for my Prius, which was lost in an accident, and it worked perfectly. So perfect in fact that when I received my new one for my 08 STi I thought there was a manufacturer defect. I have the Homelink Mirror and its a little bigger then the standard mirror I guess but it takes a just a little bit of pressure to clear the mirror. Other then that its an awesome product for a great price. Drops temps when parked outside dramatically! Highly recommended for SoCal summers!"

"Have had a couple of these since bought the first for 2004 Avalanche and Honda Civic. Just bought this one as a gift for my girlfriend's C06 (it's hot here in Texas!). Costs more but does more. Keep your interior from baking and the film off your inside windshield. Quality item."

"The custom fit is very nice. It covers the entire window and has the correct notch for the mirror. You'll soon know which folded edge to put down on the dash and then just spread your arms, lift your arms, fold down the visors and you’re done. The shade only folds one way so it's simple to take out as well. The shade is a tad bulky, but no matter for me as I have plenty of room to toss in the passenger or back seat. I’m not sure it's worth the price. That decision will take some time to determine when I can measure the time it lasts."

"Much too heavy and stiff to handle in a coupe. Much prefer the lighter weight covercraft I purhased for my suv. Not at all what I expected. Much too heavy and stiff."

"Excellent fit. Temperatures here in the summer sometimes reach 112 degrees Faherenheit and this lowers internal car temps significantly - especially since my interior is black. The negatives are: 1) the shield does not have a strap to keep it folded when not in use and 2) the shield is bulky and harder to store than other shields that I've used."

"I have ordered Covercraft hard sunshades for all of my cars through the years. Although the hard cover can be inconvenient to store, it stays in place much better than the rollup type. It does seem like the stiff center and materials are little less substantial than they used to be, but they also don't seem as likely to have the core break due to mishandling. And since I am from Oklahoma, I like buying materials produced by an Oklahoma-based firm!"

"I like the sun shade. It is good quality, but it is not exactly a custom fit. I have a Mustang GT, and the cover leaves gaps for the sun to bake my dash. For $50 it should be an exact fit. Discount stores sell products for much cheaper with the same dimensions. In addition, there is a strong chemical smell from the plastic that I believe will dissipate in time, but again for $50 that should be taken care of at the factory."

"I've been using the typical cheap foil covered fold-up sun shades for years. Once I installed the covercraft, I found the answer. Great build, perfect fit. There was a slight glue smell the first few times, but it faded."

"I have ordered several different sunshades, and this is the first time I have been disappointed with my product. The fit is not good, and I have to force it into place. The tight fit has caused the headliner to now come loose in my truck."

"I have so far only used the cover for 1993 Ford Taurus and not the 300 Z. Either the space allowed for rear view mirror is off center or my mirror is off center. It is very difficult to put the shade in place with out moving the mirror. The shade could be 3" taller from top to bottom. By the time the shade slips down between windshield and dash it is 3" from the top of the windshield and only the sun visors cover this area."

"The autoshade for my Audi Q7 fits quite well and keeps the car cooler than without it. It is well constructed and looks like a high quality piece of equipment. I would anticipate it will last the lifetime of the vehicle."

"We've used other generic sunshades in the past that just don't fit and consequently are a struggle to install. We bought a covercraft for one of our cars as a trial. We liked it so well we bought a second one for the other car. Easy install, easy fold to store, perfect fit and does the job. Recommend it."
