Drivers have a close relationship with their dashboards. It's what they look at most while driving, besides the road of course. Protect your dash with a Covercraft Car Sun Shade Custom UV Shield.
Too much direct sun exposure causes cracks, warps and other unsightly damage to your dashboard. Having the Covercraft Car Sun Shade Custom UV Shield up in your windshield is like rubbing a high SPF sun block onto your dash, minus the greasy residue. This sun visor builds a virtually impenetrable wall between the sun and your dash.
The UV Shield Sun Shade's success stems from its triple-layer defense. Every exterior color features a light-reflective coating, keeping your interior cooler. Then, the soft felt interior and the foam core combine to insulate against heat. This triumvirate design can effectively reduce interior temperatures up to 40 degrees.
Unlike "universal" sun visors that never quite fit, the Covercraft Car Sun Shade Custom UV Shield is custom-made for your particular windshield. Stores in the Covercraft Sun Shade Storage Bag. 90-day warranty.

I have owned one before that was given to me when I bought my mini cooper and loved it. Five years later I bought my ford flex and shopped around for a sun shade just like I had and had no idea that there were so many cheap sun shades out there that would not do the same job as the one I had. The quality can not be beat! Installation so simple. Price is soooooo....worth it! It will last forever.

I got this $55 sun shade for a 2009 Acura MDX the same time I got a $9 one from Advanced Auto for my 2003 Toyota 4-Runner. Without a doubt the sun shade for the Acura has a 'truer' fit than the one for my 4-Runner. That being said, the one from Advanced Auto fits my Toyota 4-Runner surprisingly well and to be honest I have not noticed all that much of a difference in the more costly one's ability to keep the Acura any cooler than the cheap one does my 4-Runner. Worth the $55? Probably not.

The sun shade fits perfect from side to side, but leaves a gap around the rear view mirror. It's not that bad but it lets some sun light in. Overall the construction is great. As for the pouch i purchased with the sun shade; I find it useless because It's more of a hassle to put the visor in the bag when you drive and then take it out when you park since I have less than a 30-minute commute.

I have been using the cover craft sun shade for about a month now and it fits and works great. Very easy to put up and take down. The build quality was great and it shows over time. Wish it came with a bag for the price. Overall I'm happy with it and will buy again for future vehicle.
