"I bought my Auto Desk about 10 years ago. I'm a traveling salesman with my files traveling with me. I can't begin to tell you how fantastic this piece of office is when it comes to convenience and keeping my car organized. Every tradesman, executive, and salesman should have one in their car or truck. I bought one for my son in law who is a builder and he absolutely loves it."

"I put off buying one of these for months because the cheapest I could find was nearly twice the price I paid and that was for a used one. It fits my truck well, is extremely light, and very stable. I wish I bought it months ago."

"I bought the desk with the pull out for my husband who is a pharmaceutical rep after seeing it in Sky Mall on a recent trip. He loves it! He said it made a big difference during the day! He thinks he may need to put grip strips on the pull out part though. I was pleased with the quality of the desk and how quickly it arrived-even during the holiday season! Thank you!"

"The product and price were excellent. My only problem is with your shipper (UPS?). The box arrived torn and damaged in several places. The mobile desk wasn't damaged, but it was a birthday gift and it was embarrassing wrapping up such a damaged box. I had nothing else on hand to put such a big item in. Five stars would have been given were it not for the shipping."

"As an "on the road" sales person, I have been looking for years for a better way to be able to comfortably jot notes, etc. while in my vehicle. When I saw the Auto Exec, I realized this is what I have been looking for and immediately purchased it from AutoAnything. Not only did they have the best pricing, but the item was at my door in 2 days, and there was no shipping charges! The desk works great (I advise to get the one with the pull out desk)and I have already recommended to several colleagues."

"I am a traveling salesman and have been looking for this scince I saw it a few years back in the SKYMALL. Work great with the exception of things flying out the main compartment because there is no restraint. Otherwise I highky recomend this product for anyone who works from the car."

"I was amazed on how simple this was to use and how comfortable it is. It's very simple to install, just sit it on your passenger seat, strap it in with the seat belt and you're done. Very please with the amount of space you have to work, the clip board in the pull-out desk keeps your papers from moving around. I'm a short person and found it easy to reach the surface. I highly recommend this unit and got the best price around!"

"i like the unit. The non slip pad is not accuratly adhered to the surface. Not enough care was taken placing it is the recessed area. Maybe recessed handles in the side would make it easier to place in the car. Seems like it is well made, and serves it's purpose. I got what I thought I'd get"

"This unit does exactly what I need: provide a stable working surface for writing or using my notebook pc. It fits perfectly in the seat area. There are several compartments built in for storage of desk supplies. the larger compartment beneath the pull-out desk is the right size to slide my pc out of sight when I need to leave it in the car for a short period of time. Before purchasing this item, I searched many online advertisers and this item from AutoAnything seemed to be exactly the right thing to suit my purpose for the right price. And after the mobile desk was delivered, my research had paid off - the desk is just what I needed. I will definitely shop with AutoAnything again for my mobile business needs."

Here's The Deal...

"The Auto Exec is a great idea. The problem I have with it is being able to urilize the storage compartment. The reason is that my vehicle, like most on the raod, has a center console. When the Auto Exec is in place, the console blocks the entry to this area. You might see about the feasability of making a unit that has a hinged top that would open left to right. This would allow a person to use the storage space. It would actually be better because it would be more of a tub profile and effectively hold more. The current structure has a tendency to allow items to slide out."
