Intro-Tech Ultimate Reflector Car Sun Shade

Purchased in June 2011. I have only used it a few times, but it has been on the hottest days and so far I do believe my car has been cooler. Fits my 2003 Taurus perfectly! I have been very happy with it so far and am excited to try it in the winter to see if the black side works just as well. Plan to purchase another as a gift for my family!

Covercraft Car Sun Shade review

Amazing service from AutoAnything, fast delivery. The Covercraft Car Sun Shade fits better than any shade I've owned before. Here in Georgia the summers are HOT. The outside (reflective) side of the Sun Shade gets so hot you can barely touch it while folding the shade for storage, however, the inside (insulated) side is not the least bit warm. My only concern is the uncertainty of an unknown product: this is my first Covercraft product. If this thing holds up, and I've seen no reason to think it will not be durable, these folks have a fan for life. Highly recommended!

an easily remedied minor glich, on a good product

Reviewed By David M (Staten Island, NY) Reviewed for a 1999 Ford Taurus —8/31/2016 6:52 AM

I bought the roll-up shade this time, since the panel shade, like I bought for my Honda was almost $20 more. the shade arrived early, and works very well, but is a little more difficult to unroll than the panel model. The only other thing I didn't care for, was that, in my opinion, the velcro tie was sewn on in a manner that tends to open up the roll, when you try to tie it. A five minute cut and stitch job corrected that situation, and I expect it to last the life of the car.
