Covercraft Car Sun Shade Reviews

Nice, Sturdy Sunshade

Reviewed By Jacqueline N (Allen, TX) Reviewed for a 2010 Mazda 3 —5/28/2011 6:32 AM

A sun reflector is a must in the hot Texas summer, so I figured I would invest a little more in a sun shade for my new car this year. After years of the cheap flimsy foil shades, this was a huge upgrade. Because it is sturdy and custom to my window, it is really easy to install and get to stay in the window. I don't know that it reflects more than other shades, but because it gets more window coverage, so I assume it does a better job. Overall, happy with the purchase.

ProZ Premium Windshield Sun Shade Reviews

ProZ car sun shade is very good.

Reviewed By Stefan O (Smyrna, GA) Reviewed for a 2016 Mazda 3 —5/24/2016 8:52 PM

The ProZ sun shade is better than the Intro-Tech Shade I bought earlier. It fits better, is better material and keeps the car cooler. The Intro-Tech has a weak plastic backing that I really didn't like; it tore on my previous shade and I didn't realize the Intro-Tech was a similar product. On the downside the ProZ is harder to get in place and not as solid/firm as expected - It's more flexible than I thought it would be. Over all, I am very satisfied with its performance and price.

Dash Designs Flame Sun Shade Reviews

A high quality, attractive product.

Easy to install. Easy to use. I would like better if it was cut to go behind the mirror. It seems to me heat is trapped between the shade and windshield. This lets excessive heat escape into the cab. It would fit closer to the windshield behind the mirror, thus not trap heat. However, take into account I'm judging this by 100+ Texas temps. This is a very attractive, high quality sun shade. It's much better fighting the fold up screens or not use a screen.
