"Battery was choosed to save weight in our race car. It remains to be seen if it will have the output to start and run the car through a complete race. Our car does not have an alternator so the battery must be capable of carrying the load. Thought about the Lithium ion battery, but don't want it to catch fire right between the drivers legs."

"Works great starting my v8. Dropped another 5 lbs from the Miata battery that I had in the car. Terminals are well made and instructions are clear. Just be sure to note that the positive and negative bolt on terminals are different sizes."
