I installed this in my 2000 Firebird (3.8L) to replace a dying lead-acid battery. The quality of construction is evident from the minute you handle this battery. The fit was a direct replacement in my vehicle and I have had excellent runtime with the key in the accessory position, something I frequently do to run my stereo while working on the car - or near it. Great product that I expect to last a long time.

Truck fires up every time, with no hesitation. Excellent Excellent battery. Replaced my original battery after 6 years, I'm sure this one will surpass that. Fast delivery from auto anything too..

The battery is way to small to fit in my 2011 f-150 had to add a l bracket to the negative cable in order to get it to reach the terminal. The red and black proctor for the side post mount is missing the covers. There are alot of complants about this battery so only time will tell if I I made a wise choice and it comes with a free battery tender a $100 dollor value not a bad deal.

It's all about power, and Optima's Red Top delivers. The stock battery simply was underrated, especially with all of the aftermarket components added to the truck. If you want brighter headlights, cleaner bass, and better stereo reception, then look no further. Not to mention, you might even notice a slight increase in performance.

I happen to come across AutoAnything, when serach for the best battery replacement. Upon reading the many highly rated reviews of both AA and the Red Top, I was sold, and have never looked back. The Redtop for the short period of time since installation has exceeded my exspectations, and again so has AutoAnything.
