Going from the 45 lb. factory batt. in my 12 Camaro was a great idea, which I should have done right off the bat. Lighter car= more nimble, faster acceleration, less wear and tear on suspension and brakes, gas milage, there's no bad part to making a car lighter.

No Brailler!

Neat little battery, lightweight and powerful. Actually smaller than OEM, needs bracing. I used small wood blocks on either side and wood shims on top under the brace. Fit tight with original top brace. For 1992 Miata, tight and just right. I'll use the battery tender to keep it fully charged and ready to go. Good price and shipped on time.

Perfect fit for your modded Rex.

If you are looking for a great battery that is light, these batteries are great. Only thing that I would say to be careful of is knowing how much power output you need, if your car has a lot of electrical needs then you want to make sure you get that battery that will work for those demands. I made the mistake of buying a battery that was super light and great but not so great for my in-dash display and stock stereo. I just upgraded to a bigger battery and so far so good and it still fits in.

I am using the Braille battery as a replacement for a Red Top battery, so it will reduce a significant amount of weight. I haven't tested it in a race situation yet it remains to be seen if it will hold sufficient voltage for a full session with no alternator.

Great battery, but make lacking proper hooks or hex-wrench

Installed this into the Honda Fit (2007). Replacement was not difficult, but the lack of Braille specific j-hooks (TireRack ships them), and lack of hex-wrench for the hex-screws (brass studs), was annoying. Braille specific mounting bracket would be nice too, but not part of this package. Also, the brass-studs are slightly conical so it prevents proper friction mounting of stock feeder contacts. Needed some loctite to make sure the screws didn't loosen up from vibration (no instructions on needed torquing), and some silicon lubricate to keep oxidation off. Cold-crank start is now effortless, and the idling is smoother than can be remembered.

Living in Arizona with a Honda Fit is fine EXCEPT the OEM Fit battery does not play well with the hot summers here. Unfortunately there are few aftermarket batteries that "fit" the FIT. The Braille B3121 seems fully compatible with the Honda Fit and offers substantially improved specs compared to the OEM Honda battery. I'm looking forward to a long happy relationship with the Braille B3121.
