JBA Cat4ward Headers Reviews

2013 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x

Reviewed By Richard F (Lawrenceville, GA) Reviewed for a 2013 Nissan Frontier —11/8/2014 12:58 PM

The only mod before this was a magnaflow 15580 exhaust.I had to undo most of it and slide complete cat back a few inchs before installing the headers.Truck was doing good with only the exhaust, but now it is great ! Very noticeable more horsepower and much better throttle responce. The next weekend I put on a K&N 63-6014 cold air intake and made it even more fun to drive. Now it will even bark the tires when hitting 2nd gear ! And that is with the stock BF Goodrich trail tires. So far I haven't done anything to the ecu,not even done a reset on it.Next will be a manifold plenum spacer I guess but pretty good like it is for now.

JBA Performance Exhaust Reviews

Jba catback on 2013 Nissan Frontier

Reviewed By Michael N (Hagerstown, MD) Reviewed for a 2013 Nissan Frontier —2/12/2014 1:13 PM

I chose this exhaust for my truck after doing a lot of research. Autoanything had the best price and shipped very quickly. The system was received without damage. I knew it would require some modifications to fit correctly as I have a crew cab long bed and Jba doesn't make a kit for my specific truck. This exhaust sounds good, not too raspy at all. Idle is a little louder than stock and produces very little drone while driving. I'm satisfied with the sound and smoother throttle response.

Magnaflow Exhaust Systems Reviews

final exhaust tip fit

Reviewed By Thomas L (Old Bridge, NJ) Reviewed for a 2013 Nissan Frontier —8/3/2012 8:24 PM

I had the old system out and the nw magna flow cat back installed in less than an hour. The only difficulty was the right exhaust tip sticks out about an inch further than the left one. No matter how much adjusting I could only get the differnce down to about 3/4 inch. The sound is not much louder than stock, but it is a nice mellow exhaust, not like the sewing machine buzz you hear on a lot of the imports. Overall it is an excellent buy.
