Description

The satisfaction of boosted throttle response, full-body powerful sound and a 10 to 20 horsepower increase is a must for your diesel. Get it all in one system with the Bully Dog Rapid Flow Exhaust—a free-flowing, low backpressure setup specially-engineered for your truck.

The secret behind the Rapid Flow is Bully Dog’s precision mandrel-bent pipes that minimize angles for virtually eliminating pressure. Plus, the system includes a high-flow muffler that further boosts performance. Great rumbling diesel sound, too.

Bully Dog Exhausts are crafted with a number of options to meet your diesel’s needs. Choose from 4”, 5” and 6” pipe diameters for flow that matches your engine’s output. Plus, Bully Dog Exhausts can be ordered in 409 or 304 stainless steel, or aluminized models for varying levels of corrosion protection. Aluminized and 409 stainless models carry a 2-year warranty; 304 stainless steel models are backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

Notes

  • Aluminized Steel: Aluminized steel has been hot-dip coated with a special, corrosion-resistant aluminum-silicon alloy. Aluminized steel gives you the look and feel of aluminum with the superior strength and lower cost of steel.
  • 409 Stainless Steel: 409 stainless steel is a cost-effective, high-grade, low-carbon steel alloy with great corrosion resistance and strength. And, it's more flexible than 304 stainless tubing.
  • 304 Stainless Steel: 304 stainless steel has the highest chromium and nickel content making it the ultimate corrosion-resistant material available. Best of all, 304 stainless carries a Lifetime Warranty.
