Features

  • JBA Headers replace restrictive stock manifolds with precision built exhaust headers that maximize exhaust flow for major increases in horsepower, torque and throttle response
  • Increase your engine's exhaust output, which results in an overall improvement in power, efficiency and fuel economy
  • Dyno testing shows typical performance gains on modern, fuel injected V8s to be 10-25hp with similar increases in torque
  • Add another 7-10hp with the JBA Performance Exhaust
  • All JBA Headers are 50 state smog legal and carry a CARB E.O. number (California Air Resources Board Executive Order) that guarantees your modification
  • JBA Headers are crafted from quality stainless steel
  • Mandrel-bent tubing ensures a consistent diameter throughout the pipes for unrestricted flow and greater performance than stock cast iron or press-bent manifolds
  • Over-sized exhaust ports provide enhanced exhaust flow, even with bored and ported engines
  • Your new JBA Headers use a 3/8" thick, one piece, laser cut head and flanges for a leak-free seal that installs effortlessly
  • Most JBA Headers for V8 engines come with the patented Firecone collector that vastly improves the scavenging of exhaust gasses for better power, torque and throttle response
  • Includes premium mounting hardware for bolt-on installation
  • All JBA Headers are made with pride in the USA
  • JBA Headers come in 4 different finishes
  • Backed by a Lifetime Warranty

Description

Ditch your tired, restrictive, inefficient stock exhaust manifold, and let your engine breathe freely with performance headers. Unlock your motor's power potential with JBA Cat4ward Headers.

The Achilles heel for engine performance is its exhaust. With JBA Headers, you'll get an extra 10-25 tire-turning horses out of your motor. The steel tubing is mandrel-bent with extra-large exhaust ports and a leak-free, laser-cut 3/8" thick flange for fast exhaust flow.

You also get JBA's patented Firecone merge collector, which quickly moves spent gasses out to your tailpipe. This exhaust header lets your engine breath easier, giving you more power, torque and throttle response.

Don't fear the smog station. Your Dyno proven JBA Headers are street-legal across the USA.

All mounting hardware is included for a do-it-yourself install that doesn't void your factory warranty. 4 finishes to choose from. Of course, your JBA Headers come with a Lifetime Warranty.

Notes

  • Some vehicles will require an additional down-pipe (either a Y- or H-pipe) for the installation.

"Headers were installed by professionals. Problems started when the last bolt hole was found to be off set. Headers were removed and hole made larger. Shields would not go on wires due to lack of space. After installation I noticed a much greater increase in horsepower with my previously installed Flowmaster exhaust system.THE SOUND IS AWESOME. "I purchased these to replace the junk Ford manifolds that rusted out. I had read multiple reviews about these being a little tricky to install so I had a garage do the job. Still took alot of time, but well worth it. The Flowmaster exhaust I had on the truck sounds a little more throaty! No real major power increase, but the truck does seem a little stronger through the gears."

"The info stated an exact fix, no welding....NOT! The catalytic converter does not come with it. They do not sell just the catalytic converter for the 2004 Titan. So do you cut the old one off and hope is was not damaged from the reason you are changing it in the first place? Poor design by Nissan."

"I installed these on my 2007 Jeep wrangler Sahara and was very pleased with the added performance. At first I was hesitant to install these and thought that i was going to waste my money. After installing them i immediately noticed an improvement in power and mpg. I drove a total of 800 miles within three days after installing them and averaged 20.5 mpg. They do put off some heat and i am going to figure out a way to use the original heat shields to cover the headers. Great product and easy install. Expect to pay abother $30-50 in t-clips that you are going to break when removing the passenger fender to install the passenger side header. Not a big deal for the gained performance."

"Totally worth the effort of installing and the prise, very happy with them. Didn't have to remove the water pump pulley as the instructions were insisting was necessary though, there was no bracket bolted to number 1 port that needed customizing either. Just removed steering shaft completely and reinstalled it when header was on with just a little trickiness."

"I have been adding what I can to my truck over the past 2 years. The headers added extra mpg and some strong power. If my friend and I actually worked straight thru the install, we could have been done in 8 hrs w/o lifting the engine. Be prepared to buy a few manifold bolts. They are hella tight. With the the gibson exhaust, afe intake, throttle body spacer and jet chip, these headers were the topping to some killer performance. I am estimating about 27 mpg highway and still ok city mpg."
