"Installed on 2007 Nissan Frontier KC 4x4. Installation was simple and straightforward. Minor hiccup involving a bend between the muffler and tailpipe- this bend needed to be welded to the tailpipe or else the back of the system wiggles. I used a stick welder with 3/32 stainless rod 55amps DC+. Be careful not to burn through.
Performance is improved, sound is mellow and much quieter than Magnaflow or Flowmaster. No hwy drone and very nice in the cab. This is a high-quality product and I feel has been worth the money."

2007 FJ Cruiser/JBA exhaust

"Easy install - roughly 1 hour with a buddy and didn't run into any "unexpected" problems. Sounds good. I thought it was a little loud at first, but after a couple days of driving I don't notice it as much. My wife has a TRD exhaust on her FJ, and the JBA is noticeably louder - just a touch deeper also. Haven't noticed any performance improvement, but I am happy with the purchase. If you are concerned with an exhaust that may be a bit noisy, steer clear of this one - but if you like that aggressive/rebellious tone, you will be pleased."

"Well it didn't exactly fit. One tail pipe was shorter than the other and had to do a little grinding to get it to slip into the muffler. Other than that it sounds nice and should last a long time. Plus it's probably the best bang for your buck."

"I've had my JBA 3" Stainless system for my SRT8 Charger for about a month....Every time I get in and fire it up I can't get the grin off of my face!! Definately notice the power difference right away. Put it on in my own driveway. Only problem is getting the car high enough to have room to work because of the ground effects. Fit and finish is great. Excellent buy for the money!!"

"When I ordered this system I thought I was getting a cut rate system. Instead, when I opened the box I was blown away by the quality of components. Awesome chrome tip nicely welded to the stainless tailpipe.Great custom look, better sound! This system lets the V-8 breath - I will buy another system from JBA for my Wrangler!"

Great exhaust! (Ford Ranger)

"Quick shipping, and it was packed well. Nothing worse than poorly shipped parts. I took it to a small local custom exhaust shop to have it installed, so it was welded up tight. They said they have had really good luck with JBA products on Fords more generally-- if that means anything. The cat-back is a great fit, which made use of the stock hanger locations, with no rubbing against the bumper, etc.
I had read a mix of revews before buying saying that the JBA system was either quieter or louder than expected, but this is just right for me. It doesn't make much additional noise at all at mid-range rpms, maybe even quieter, but sounds great at idle, which is not too loud, and has just the right tone under acceleration. The tone is deeper than I thought, which is nice. I was more concerned with the tone than the sound level. Another company had a sound bite on their website that made it sound a little like a lawnmower. I have a hard tonneau on the back of the truck, but this doesn't seem to cause any additional reverb.
I opted for the stainless over the aluminized finish, and must say it was not nearly as nice as I thought it would be. I guess it is likely to be more durable, and the roled tip is really nice, but the rest of it looked just so so. Pictures make it look like it is polished to a high shine, but no such luck. I could also do without the JBA logo on the top of the tip, but its subtle, and otherwise I TOTALLY love it. I thought the tip might be a little large, but it exits right at the stock location on my '98 Ranger, and looks like it belongs there.
There is a slightly better throttle response, especially up hills (lots in my area), and seems to be a very slight increase in MPG, though it is probably too early to tell. This is the only mod to date on an otherwise stock 3.0 liter Ranger V6. Can't wait to pair this with a set of JBA cat-forward headers."

"The primary reason that I purchased this exhaust was to improve performance. It does that, in power anyway. I have only had it a few weeks and I am not able yet to evaluated the gas savings if any. Problem with this system is the amount of noise it creats in the cab. Mild to moderate excelertion produces a low tone rumble inside that will make you go deaf. It sound great outside and is not obnoxious but if you, like me, do not want the cab noise then choose something else."

"I ordered the stainless steel catback exhaust for my 1995 Toyota Tacoma LX (2.7 liter Xtra Cab, 4WD). Excellent fitment, good sound and an overall good experience. I didn't notice any gains on the "butt dyno", but the sound and quality was worth the price."

"The exhaust is very high quality. I put it on in my shop on a lift and the application was flawless. I am disappointed in the sound level. I have a conopy on my truck and the sound resonates loudly at certian RPM. I called JBA to try to get a quieter muffler but no deal. I am taking it off if you want it for a good price."

"Don't get me wrong the new exhaust is awesome. I just thought it would have sounded a little more beefer. I love it non the less. I do get more throttle response from it, and it was really easy to install. The only problem I have is that it sits really close to my bumper, so when it heats up, it expands upward and the tip vibrates against my bumper. I have been told to get a longer hanger for it."
