"I think for the money it is a good quality exhaust. Its not too loud. You hear it when you step on it but thats the way it should be.I can tell the power difference but too early to tell fuel economy I would,nt hesitate to buy another"

"It sounds great and I gained some horsepower.Fuel mileage is about the same.Installation would have been fairly easy except I was missing 1 2.5" clamp, the middle pipe was 6" too short, both tailpipes were 6" too short and I had 2 extra 3" clamps I did'nt need."

Pacesetter TFX Sys. on Jeep Cherokee 6 Cyl.

1 of 3 people found the following review helpful.

"Overall a good product. Less than 2 Hr. install, easy and straightforward. Sounds good from Idle-1500rpm, loses the throaty sound, but then it picks up good again at about 2200 rpm, so it's not too loud on the hiway, but sounds GREAT when you really tromp on it. Even better with the K&N FIPK I put on it. Overall, very good product and would recommend it, especially for the price."

"EAsy install by local shop who welded everything in place ! Looks great and sounds LOUD, maybe almost too loud!! Performance hard to tell, I think I'll need to add FIPK to get more air for the exhaust for ultimate performance!!"

Excellent Exhaust/KAT Back.

Posted on 05/02/2007 by Josh B. - 1998 Jeep Cherokee (Spring Valley,NY)

"The Exhaust was professionally installed, along with Pacesetter "Cold air Intake". The combination performance increase is definately noticable. The new sound my ride makes is very "Throaty"! Though the gas milage did suffer dramatically. To me it's definately worth it!"

97 Jeep Grand Cherokee / PaceSetter

"Nice system - right sound, a little growel without being overbearing. Insallationt was straight forward and easy. 2 disappointments, 1 the grand cherokee system has a single pipe exit not the 2 pipe exit like pictured( I thought it looked neat), 2 the chrome tip was a bolt on and by the time you tightened it enough to secure it to the pipe the chrome cracked and flaked all over - I'm sure this will rust badly after a little rain."
