Nothing chokes an engine's performance like a rusty, restrictive set of stock exhaust pipes. Kick your truck's power and tone into overdrive with Heartthrob's Deep Tone Dual Exhaust System. Besides unleashing a massive spike in horsepower and torque, this cat-back exhaust system adds an aggressive growl that roars during acceleration and purrs while you cruise.
Tow harder, pass faster and turn more heads with the power-packed Deep Tone Dual Exhaust System. Custom-built for your rig, this exhaust features hard-wearing 2 ¼" aluminized piping.
The mandrel bends on your Deep Tone Dual Exhaust System ensure a lightning-fast flow of fumes, which are not slowed by a stifling muffler. Instead, your new exhaust uses glasspack tips. Wrought from stainless steel, these tips strip away backpressure and tune your exhaust to a forceful note.
Your Deep Tone Dual Exhaust System comes complete with all hangers, clamps and hardware for a clear-cut installation. 1-year warranty.

I bought this kit for my Dodge Ram 1500 that my son is driving and he wanted a louder exhaust (the old one had rotted). Unfortunately the pipes did not line up at the rear nor did the pipe hangers. I had to go to friends house who had a welder which we needed to find new locations for the hangers, a pipe bender to relocate the pipe angles so they didn't look stupid coming out in different locations and a pipe spreader to resize the pipes that were cut so we could get it all to fit. Find another!

First off the exhaust sounds great, and I can tell a difference in the responsiveness of my truck. I have a friend with shop so I had access to a lift which is always a plus. A couple small complaints that I had with the kit. 1. the muffler resonators did not fit in the main pipe. I guess they forgot to bell the end tubes on my kit on both ends so I had to take the mufflers to a shop in the area and have them flare out the mufflers so they would slip over the end tubes. 2. I decided to go with self tapping screw to mount the hangers. 3. I was only given one hanger in the kit when it deserved two. Went to Napa before the job and got some extra hangers and clamps just in case. 4. So the hanging bar on the y pipe needed to be bent a little for it to send the pipe in direction I needed it to go. I had used of a vice and a hammer to get it right. One of the mufflers sits out 1" further than the other, but that's my fault. I am going to have to go back and put a slight bend in the ends if I want to make the angle dead on, but it's barely noticeable. For the Price it's a great kit, but it takes some figuring out while you under there doing it. Just make sure the mufflers fit on the tubes, you have all your hangers and clamps, and you buy some heavy duty self tappers to mount to your frame. I would even suggest taking the rear tires off to make it easier to get to the frame. I didn't do this but wished that I did.

As the Heartthrob Deep Tone Cat-Back Dual Exhaust Kit is too loud for street use, I'm shopping for a muffler to tone it down. It looks awesome, and I believe the right muffler will just improve both the look & sound of this exhaust system. The hanger brackets were not as pictured and I had to buy others (strap type universal hangers to install the exhaust. Those hangers pictured would have worked well.

Best sounding V6 exhaust note I've ever heard! Kit was for all cab and bed lengths, so some cutting was necessary for my standard cab/short bed Dakota. Much improved low & midrange power with Volant cold-air. A very good buy! I highly recomend this catback.
