A performance exhaust with a Corvette performance upbringing is noteworthy enough. But the true feature that makes a Corsa Exhaust stand out: patented Power-Pulse RSCT technology that eliminates annoying interior resonance. In short: awesome sound at full throttle, and whisper-quiet cruising-no matter what you drive.
Corsa Exhaust makes full throttle an experience, too. Not only do you get full V8 tone off the line, you get the thrusting horsepower and torque to match. And, adding a Corsa Exhaust can even chip in to help your gas mileage. Power, sound and mileage without the resonance-only a Corsa Exhaust can deliver this performance package.
On top of Corsa's revolutionary performance, each Corsa Exhaust is packed with quality. That's because all pipes are mandrel bent from 100% stainless steel and custom designed for an easy fit. And, Corsa stands behind your Corsa Exhaust with a Lifetime Warranty.

exhaust arrived after delay in shipping but in excellent packaging and condition. Installation was somewhat difficult as much adjustment in connection points was necessary to have system sealed and tight to car bottom without hitting rear end. Exhaust tips were also difficult to adjust without touching the rear bumber cover. System sounds excellent and is not too loud. Stock exhaust had a head shield on pipe directly behind cat on drivers side. Corsa system did not, installed exhaust wrap.

I first installed a set of free flow converters, then the Corsa Performance Exhaust to top it off, great sound when you want it, nice and quiet when you don't. The corsa exhaust were as easy to install as a set of mats.

Purchased the Corsa Extreme to replace the Borla "s" type. The Borla sounded more like a bumble bee to me than an Corvette exhaust. The Corsa Extreme has the "rumble" and aggressive sound I was looking for and am very pleased with the system.

The product is very well made and fits the car. Installation would be a breeze on a lift and I was able to do it alone on ramps. The exhaust is very quite inside the car at idle, increases at low rpms and is awsome at wide open throttle. It has a pleasant little rumble but is not the old muscle car sound from the seventies. Overall it is a very nice system with absolutely no drone but is much quieter than expected.

I was a little skeptical on the overall price of the exhaust system. I have never heard a vehicle with a Corsa exhaust before and this was going to be a first time installing on one of my vehicles, but as others have mentioned before you get what you pay for! Upon first starting the vehicle, the grumble was much lower than I was expecting, but once I took it for a road test the beast woke up and it sounds great. Go for it and don't second guess yourself for as long as I did!!!!

The installation instructions that came with the exhaust worked very well. The exhaust sounds great and there is a seat of the pants performance improvement. The noise in the cab is less than it was with the stock exhaust showing the noise cancelling system really works. I have an issue with how the exhaust tips fit in the cut outs. Have been working with Corsa engineering on a solution but have not received a solution after a week and a half.

Very nice sound when getting on it. No drone on the highway(very nice).Looks good, sounds good, and even my mechanic was impressed. No drone and not as loud as the flo master system I had on my 2002 Mustang GT.It works and looks as advertised.A bit pricey, but I think its worth it.I would recommend the sport exhuast system(cats back)on the Challenger R/T all day long Thanks much!

Is there a full true dual exhaust system that Corsa carries for this model & not just mufflers? I dont know a lot about cars so please dont tear me to shreds... I just want to add performance to my car & Corsa or Borla apprear to be my best options but the no drone from Corsa is a very attractive selling point...

Hi, It looks like Corsa doesn't offer a kit for the 4.0L at the moment. The Borla or Magnaflow cat back kits would be great options though.

I am concerned with the Corsa exhaust product description of the pipes only being 2.75". This would appear to be too restrictive for my application; other manufacturers carry the 3" pipe size. Does anyone have any experience with this or, if the manufacturer is also online, is the product description a mistake; OR is there a larger size available and at what price? BET109 California

I am rebuilding my exhaust system and wondered if you had various midpipe components?
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jul 06, 2012 11:10 AM
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Unfortunately we do not carry the individual sections of exhaust piping, only complete exhaust systems, tips, mufflers, cats, headers, and X & Y pipes. For replacement midpipes I would suggest visiting a local muffler or other repair shop. If you’d like to take a look at complete exhaust systems, here is a link. These are “Cat-Back” so they include everything behind that catalytic converter (all piping and muffler(s)).

I'd like to hear comments from anyone who has installed Corsa touring exhaust on a 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. (positive or negative). Thanks!

I haven't installed one myself, but I have spoken with repeat customers who have. They love the tone of the Corsa system under throttle with no interior resonance while retaining a quiet idle.

I have a 2010 Suburban with the 5.3L engine. I am looking to do everything I can to improve the fuel economy, but I do not want it to be much louder than it is right now when idling or cruising. Would you recommend the sport or touring exhaust?
Answered by Nathan S. — May 21, 2012 11:44 AM 2002 Dodge Ram
In short, I would recommend touring even though any performance exhaust system will be somewhat louder than your restrictive factory system. Corsa makes a great sounding kit that is fairly quiet at idle with very little interior resonance.

I now have a "performance exhaust" on my Grand Cherokee .When it goes into 4cylinder mode from 8 cylinder mode it makes an unpleasant "drone" .I use the jeep for trips and the 4cylinder mode provides great fuel milage.I would consider the Corsa system but not if it does the same thing.I really don't want to go back to stock exhaust but I can't take this DRONE. Any hope for me?
Answered by Nathan S. — May 21, 2012 11:47 AM 2002 Dodge Ram
A Corsa system would be a great choice for reducing interior resonance but the exhaust tone may be louder as this is a performance kit.

which exhaust system is best for my challenger r t, and how much horsepower will it add?
Answered by Nathan S. — May 01, 2012 4:25 PM 2011 Dodge Challenger
The Corsa system is probably the most refined kit that we offer from a sound a performance perspective. Horsepower increases will usually range between 10-15hp.

the options on your site are heritage and new body style. I'm not sure which system I need. Please let me know. thank you curt

Hey Curt, basically, in mid-2004 Ford introduced the 11th generation F-150. So, some 2004s are 11th generation (new body style) and some are 10th generation (heritage edition). One easy way to tell is that on the new body style, the driver and passenger side windows dip toward the front of the door.
