"The install was easy and only had to make one cut on the stock pipe to remove. Sounds great, not too loud, and the tip looks great. Definitely recommend...."

"I purchased a stainless split rear exhaust. It's a little load for me at 1700-1800 rpm but overall it sounds really good. Nice quality product and easy to install. I recommend this system."

"Installed this system on 2008 silverado 5.3, systems sounds great, installed easily, only one minor complaint, rubber bushing for hanger that was supplied by gibson to light duty , I went to oem for great completion to the kit, oem cost an additional 11.00. Looks and sounds great..."

Needs better exhaust clamps

"The universal 2 1/4" exhaust clamps are very poor and I couldn’t get the joints to seal properly. I was expecting banding clamps instead. I’m sure Gibson did this to drive down the price, but now I still have to pay extra money to fix the small exhaust leaks. Right now, this is the only down fall I see with the system."

"I replaced an existing exhaust system that was rusted out. The Gibson bolted right on, in all it took me about 20 min to install it. Thanks for the great product, I will be buying another one soon for my second truck."

"If your searching for the perfect exhaust, Gibson is it. This is my second vehicle with a Gibson exhaust. The sound is excellent. It has a nice low grumble at idle, a little louder that stock but not obnoxious. Once you put your foot into it, you experience instant enjoyment. The installation is simple. The hardest part, if you want to call it hard, is removing the stock exhaust. It took me about 10 minutes with a zaw saw and a metal cutting blade. After installation, I elected to have my exhause welded ($25.00 at the local muffler shop) just for a cleaner look. Don't get me wrong, the C clamps worked perfect as well. Thanks Gibson and Auto Anything."

"installed on a 2008 dodge ram, nice sound, little louder than expected when you jump on the gas, looks great and comes with chrome tips, a must have, gives the dodge ram a rumble sound. AutoAnything.....great company, good products, great prices thanks AutoAnything"

"After the muffler clamp with hanger does not reach rubber hanger so i had to rotate muffler up 45degrees to reach hanger. Needs an extended hanger to reach rubber hanger."

"The Gibson sytem was delivered promptly and all of the promised parts were in the box. Installation took about 3 easy hours including preparation, removal of the OEM system and installation of the Gibson. Instructions were relatively clear for anyone with an average amount of auto experience. Although the person who wrote them needs a remedial writing composition class. The system sounds good and adds a bit of power when combined with a cold air intake. Overall a satifying purchase."

"The exhaust system went on easily. The only problem is taking off the old one. The pieces fit together nicely and the truck feels like it can breath a little easier. The sound is quiet in the cab and it only purrs when you hit the gas. The rubber bushings might need to be replaced. Mine were bad. I have not noticed an increase in gas mileage tho. The tip looks good comming out the side of the truck and it is flashy so people know you have something. It makes my 4 cylinder sound pretty good."

"Installation was easy, took less than an hour to complete. The Gibson really made my Tundra Double Cab V-8 come alive. The Gibson cat back has the power in the right tork band, compared to other brands on the market. I notice the increased horsepower and a little better mpg. It is hard to keep my foot off the gas."

"I bought the Gibson Exhaust for my 99 S10 2.2l. The Installation was very easy, the instructions were clear and easy. The sound is nice and sporty but not overly loud. The power increase was very noticable and better than expected. I have averaged just over 2MPG better on my gas mileage. Great Product BANG FOR THE BUCK!"

"THE INSTALL GARAGE SAID THAT THEY HAD TO " MAKE SEVERAL BEND MODIFICATIONS TO GET IT TO FIT." THIS IS PROBABLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE A 5" LIFT KIT INSTALLED. THE OEM EXHAUST THAT I HAD REPLACED REQUIRED ADDITIONAL BENDING AT THE TAILPIPE TO CLEAR THE SPRINGS. THE SYSTEM ITSELF WORKS GREAT. THERE IS A NOTICABLE HORSE POWER DIFFERENCE WHEN PULLING OUT / ACCELERATING ON HILLS. MPGS ARE SLIGHTLY, BUT NOT SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER."
