"This was such a good replacement for the Flowmaster exhaust that I had on my '07 Grand Cherokee. The interior noise is much more subdued, but the exterior growl is still there. Installation was easy and everything lined up. Love it, and the 4" tip looks fantastic! Glad I put it on."

"Very happy with the Gibson exhaust on my GMC Jimmy. Exhaust was very easy to put, kit came with everything I needed and was installed within an hour. The exhaust sounds beefy - not too loud but just right. And their has been a performance increase from 2500 rpm to 3000 rpm. Very happy with my purchase."

"I received the order very quickly complete and undamaged. This install took about an hour to complete with no complications what's so ever, all of the hangers are in the right place which is a definite plus. No customization or special tools needed. I went with the side exit model to avoid having to remove the spare tire."

"I just installed the SRT 8 Gibson exhaust on my 2009 Dodge Challenger 5.7 Hemi RT 6 Speed. The exhuast states SRT 8 only. The Gibson Exhaust needed no modifacation to fit my car. The two down pipes from the exhaust manifold had to have a simple modification. We removed both left and right down pipes, took them to the local muffler shop and had them expanded 1/4 " to fit the wider inlet 2 3/4 on the Gibson Cross pipe. Everything fit perfect. I trust Gibson Exhasut in the past and wanted to stay with them for this application. the only down side was that they are not much louder than the stock exhaust.BUT, You can tell the diffference in throttle response and performance. Great Product."

"I purchased the Gibson Dual Extreme for My 04 Tundra. It took a little over two weeks to get to me, but it got to me. Gibson was flooded with backorders, Auto Anything was very informative, all I had to do was ask. Exhaust is the best bang for the buck. Looks great. Sounds a little racy. Like a race exhaust. Not as much throat as I would have liked, but still sounds great. It is just loud enough to let you know there is a V8 around, but not so loud as to be obnoxious. Install took about 2 hours including clean-up, and only needed a 13, 14, 15 deep socket. It was great. I definitely feel the increaased horsepower, and have gotten an extra 20 miles out of my tank. Maybe more with an aftermarket intake. Overall, good product and good service."

"While Autoanything was great in research into why it took so long for the system to be shipped, Gibson took almost a month to ship. However once I did recieve the part, I was extatic. It looks amazing, very easy to install and if your looking for a low V-8 idle sound this is the exhaust system for you. It is not laud at all so if thats your goal this is not the answer. There is very little exhaust reverb within the cab at any speed. I blame the poor performance on shipping on the turn of events on the economy. I have had issues with other items from other dealers. Overall great product!!!"

"After removal of my stock exhaust, which took the majority of time, I began installing the swept side system. Installation was an absolute breeze; however, the guide notch should have been 1/4" deeper. A small adjustment with my Dremel and the entire system fit like a glove. I highly recommend for: quality, price, fit/finish, and the deep, elegant exhaust note."

"It was a little louder than I would have liked, but not by much. I also expected my Chevy 5.3 to sound a little wimpy, but it sounds great. I just remember certain mufflers on a small block Chevy in the past would sound weak, but this sounds great. It's funny how they sell a dual rear exit system, and a "Dual Extreme" system as two different items. They are not. There are pipes that go out the muffler and over the axle, and then point at an angle toward the corner of the bed. Then some exit pipes that go out that the tips clamp on. These exit pipes are bent at a 45 degree angle, and you can turn them to exit behind the tires, or go straight out the back under the bumper. It's the same system, and it's the same price. I haven't had it long enough to check mileage, but there is some definite low end power improvement. I'm going for an air intake box next to get it to breathe better. Overall, I like it!"

"I'm having a little ambivalence as to whether or not this thing is too loud for a brand new vehichle. I was hoping for something a little more subtle like the TRD dual exhaust my friend has. No doubt however that this exhaust sounds good and I think I'll probably grow to like it more as others begin to comment on it as I believe most people are going to like the sound. The TRD exhaust would've cost well over twice as much and it certainly isn't worth that much money. I rate this thing pretty high for the money I paid for it."

"First, I would suggest that anyone purchasing this and installing themselves be certain that you have something to cut your current exhaust off with. At least one cut is required and two cuts make it even easier and the instructions leave this off. Also, the two outlets from the muffler did NOT fit into the supplied pipes meaning I had to get two new coupling which made cabin noise unbearable in a long loud drone at 2K rpms. Great quality though and just needs to be slightly refined."

"I purchased the single side swept for my 01 X-Terra V6. Overall satisfied with the quality and sound. Just loud enough.... could be compared to a Buick Grand National or a little bit louder. As far as the installation don't expect the one piece fully polished unit pictured on the web. It comes in 4 separate pieces and only the tip is polished. The instructions tell you to save and reuse your flange gasket...... a joke unless you have a new vehicle. After tightening the provided U clamps I noticed the nuts had turned into the clamps. Removed the nuts to install stainless lock washers and U bolt stripped upon re tightening. Could have been my fault over tightening but you want it tight enough not to turn or come apart. After 2-3 northeast snow falls/Salt....light rust on most pieces except for the tip. Quality stainless? Overall a better system than stock....... nice sound......hopefully it will last."

"I ordered the Gibson "Super Truck" exhaust system for my stepside Ford replacing a DanaMax system. Through no fault of their own, the system was not shipped from Gibson as promised, but it was shipped within two weeks of the order. The Super Truck system did require a head pipe from the "cats" to the muffler; no problem as I saved the pipe from the previous system (3" stainless) and purchased a sleeve to join the systems together. The torque and horsepower increased...big time. Fuel mileage did increase, if I keep my foot out of it, by about 2mpg. It is not real loud, but others hearing the rumble know the difference. It looks good and sounds great, and boy does it perform..."

"This exhaust is exactly what i was hoping for. It is obviously high quality and extreamly easy to install. There was not a huge increase on the low end power, although i have not tried towing anything with it yet, so im not totally sure. No real change on the MPG, but ive been punching the skinny pedal alot more though. There was a definite increase in mid-range power, making passing and accelerating at speed much better, and the sxhaust tone is bueatiful. Definately worth the money. Autoanything is the cheapest retailer around, trust me, i checked for over two months. Great product at a great deal. Thanks"

"Installation was very easy. Only took an hour from start to finish (no lift, no jacks, just layed on my back under the truck). The sound is a nice low rumble. However, with a sound like that i tend to have a heavy foot so i can hear it growl, and so much for improving gas milage. The only issue i had is that the tips stuck out too far, so i just cut a couple inches off the pipes and set the tips back a bit."
