I was looking for a catback exhaust for my Mach 1 for awhile. I stumbled across Auto Anything on ebay & searched their site. They have the best prices for Borla exhaust by far & service was great! I love my Borla exhaust! The performance & sound is awesome! I would definitely recommend the exhaust to anyone looking & would recommend Auto Anything for buying. . . You won't find a better price! Period!

If your looking for an exhaust that won't sound ricey, borla is the way to go. I must say the over all loudness of it is not as loud as I thought it would have been, but I'm just glad it doesn't sound ricey. With the money I saved on it compared with other cites I got it professionally installed for 100$(worth it to me). Power gains and fuel economy improvements experienced(as long as I can lay off the throttle). Make sure they have it in stock other wise it will take 3 months like mine did.

Hi, If we don't list CARB status, please assume the accessory is not CARB legal.

Will this fit a 1998 Jeep Cherokee? According to Borla, they don't make one that will fit, but accroding to your site it does fit! So?
Answered by Nathan S. — Feb 21, 2013 12:39 PM
Hi, According to Borla's site, part #140071 fits 1997-2001 Cherokee 4.0L 6 Cyl Automatic/Manual Trans 2&4Wheel Drive 2&4Door ( all 4.0L, 6-Cyl Cherokee's basically). We get our fitment info directly from the manufacturer so from what I can see, this kit will fit just fine.

Quick question, I own a 08 BMW 328i Convertible. Ive yet to install aftermarket products, but have been considering a exhaust system paired with a cold air intake and waste gate. Any suggestions?
Answered by Nathan S. — Feb 06, 2013 11:41 AM
Hi, It looks like we offer a Magnaflow kit for the 328i at the moment and would be a good start for your performance build. And a aFe Cold Air Intake will help with power and economy for sure. If you plan on adding a turbocharger to your 328i, a wastegate will protect the engine from excessive boost and is generally a standard component in most factory turbocharger systems.

Is this the exact same Borla 2003-2008 Nissan 350z cat back exhaust system featured on Borla's own website(Product # 140045) ? If so, how and why can you offer it about $250.00 dollars cheaper than buying direct, and with free shipping? Additionally, what is your return policy on this kind of product in the event of some sort of mix-up? Finally, if all is right and I fit this onto my 2005 enthusiast 350z coupe, what kind of horsepower/torque gains can I expect (Borla quotes +20 horsepower over stock!) plus mpg improvements?
Answered by Nathan S. — Feb 01, 2013 8:55 AM
Hi, It is the same kit and we have contracts with our vendors that allow us to sell products very cheap. What a manufacturer lists on their site is often very inflated to give us vendors some wiggle room to make a profit. With our aggressive pricing and our price match guarantee, we are the best deal online. If there is a mixup with your order, we will make it right, period. We take pride in our customer service. +20 horsepower is a reasonable expectation, and MPG will go up if you can keep your foot off the gas.

* Does this require any welding for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited? * Does this come with all parts that will be needed for installation (minus the tools required for installation of course)? * Assuming the rest of my vehicle is stock, without a tune, how much hp/torque can I expect to gain roughly (if any)? Thanks in advance

Hello Marshall. In regards to your 2012 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L, the Borla Touring Catback Exhaust System includes: 2x Borla Touring mufflers (with exhaust tips), 2x Mid-Pipe (from the X-Pipe to each muffler), 1x X-Pipe, and all hardware, brackets, hangers and clamps. The Borla p/n: 140371 is the correct catback exhaust system for a 2012 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L

I am looking at a complete exhaust system kit for a 2008 Lotus Elise SC. The installation instructions for the Borla system (which is apparently the only one available?) shows a 2004-2006 model Elise installation. The 2008 has a slightly different system than previous models, either due to the fact that it’s supercharged or maybe just a design change. Not sure. Anyway, will the Borla fit my 2008 and install as the earlier model does? My car is a 60th Anniversary Edition that is of course supercharged and has a single oval exhaust tip exiting the rear clam.
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jun 08, 2012 10:59 AM
Hello. The instructions do state for the 04-06 because that is when they revised the instructions. There is no new revision because the installation is the same. So yes, this will fit your 2008 Lotus Elise with a 1.8L 4-cyl engine. Thank you.

Realizing most people want a throaty sound but I am buying my wife a 2011 Scion XB and she wants a muffler that sounds quite. I have a dual purpose and that is to get better gas mileage and efficient air flow. Is Borla the only answer?
